AVOID THIS POOR STAR HOTEL. I WAS DEEPLY UPSET AT THE WAY OUR ROOM WAS WITHOUT AIR CIRCULATION. WE DIDNT WISH TO CREATE A SCENE AT THE TIME OF CHECK OUT AND PAYMENT. There was no AC control in the room. It was cold so we wanted it warm , but the techinician didn’t help out, that too at 10 in the night. He promised to set it right the next morning, but nothing happened. We went to dharwad and late evening the AC was still not right. We had to switch off the AC and sleep with no air circulation. We paid full charges for a non AC room. No one helped out , and our trip was the worst we ever had. Then the buffet breakfast. The very first day I called the restaurant ***ager kamalraj and told him that none of the south Indian dishes were fresh and tasty. Idli was leftover ones, heated in oven, the top layer was peeling off, chutney was cold, tasteless , upma was so oily , uddina vada batter was sour, semiya was hopeless. I can go on. I offered to teach the chef some cooking tips, and there comes a north Indian *** who has no idea of the ingredients I was talking about. His hindi was not as good as mine , and I couldn’t understand his language, Seriously I went through all reviews and was surprised that no one had commented on the poorest quality of the so called free breakfast. I AM SURE ***Y REVIEWS ARE DELETED. I understand that some DINESH NAYAK IS THE OWNER. MR DINESH U R MAKING MONEY , BUT POOR QUALITY. IF U REALLY HAVE A CONSCIENCE U SHOULD REFUND THE CHARGES WE PAID FOR THE NON AC ROOM. UR STAFF ARE SO AFRAID TO GIVE UR CONTACT NUMBER. IS THIS THE WAY U RUN A POOR STAR HOTEL. WAKE UP BEFORE ITS TOO LATE.
