It was a rough trip getting to the lodge over very bad roads but once there was worth it. Even tho they are undergoing renovations the room was lovely, comfortable, modern & clean with views to the waterhole with a never ending supply of wildlife. We saw so many animals on our safari drive and staff were very helpful. We loved our stay

From arrival to departure, one is treated with the utmost respect and care at this establishment. The property is exceptional with each room boasting views of the watering hole. The rooms are fabulous and cover every requirement once could ask for. The beds and shower were great. It's a definite must when taking a Safari at Hwange.

We loved visiting the Lodge. We were disappointed by the lack of animals and birds in the park, but this was hardly surprising as there had been good rains in the park and the animals had dispersed. The Night Eyes trip, despite us being with a very experienced tracker, yielded no sightings of animals except their tracks. We did see the spring hares and the various animals around the Lodge.
