I stayed in Legend Hotel,Lagos on 25th to26th May 2024and that stay was worth the price of the hotel as the amenities and facilities were functioning properly and the staff were very professional and friendly especially Jessica and Tolu. I also stayed in the hotel on 29th to 30th May 2024, but this time around I had the worse night ever as the air conditioner was not functioning properly. I was kept awake all night and I had to call the front desk 3 times as the heath was unbearable. The engineer came up to check and said he would increase the fan from downstairs. The air conditioner was working intermittently. The room with this problem is room 301. Additionally, the landing on the 3rd Floor smelt damp and dirty. On check out I also complained to Daniel, who was very sympathetic and also allowed me to check out later seen that my sleep was interrupted and my flight was not until later that night.

best place to stay in Lagos ,please you guys should try introduce some social weekend night life groove so we don't have to leave the hotel to find fun, very serene and walking distance to board your flight. breakfast is best in all my hilton experiences worldwide.

The good side: room was spacious and clean. Hotel appears clean overall The downsides: 1. Food was horrible. We were served chicken wings that tasted like microwaved left over. 2. Bathroom is basic. WC needs an upgrade. 3. We booked a drop off upon check in for the less 3 minutes drive to the international Airport terminal. At time of departure, we were told that the trunk of the car was bad. Hotel could not provide another car and we were made to pay double fare for a dirty SUV that was paraded as an upgrade. Given that this hotel is just two minutes from the international Airport parking.

Gracious and mouth watering hotel. I enjoyed my transit stay, from the booking via Hilton app, check - in, airport view, cuisines to check-out. Humane and professional staff. However, I’m begging you to solicit and ensure the road leading to the hotel is fixed. Talk to the authorities. Above all, value for money was absolutely met. Keep it up, please.

Excellent as always. Grace (Front desk manager) deserves a promotion. Very professional and friendly. I had difficulty with my booking, Grace stepped in, gave an idea which produced a solution. She really deserves a raise and promotion. Oh the Bill restaurant breakfast was amazing. Lots and lots of varieties to eat every morning. Food neatly prepared with well trained chef and staff always willing to assist. I can go on and on to write about Legend Hotel and my recent stay.

You need to take a second look on the water in the bath. The water is muddy, with red color. The Suite is not well designed for privacy, there should be a door between the living room and the bedroom. A Diamond member with different taste might not enjoy the facility to the fullest, maybe until you have a lounge. The brand and the facility itself needs a lot of improvement. I think your expansion will make a lot of difference.
