Best service . Good cleanliness. Good service . dining hall was with service to every person . Shef was best with taste dishes. Only one suggestion would like to give about the lift operating should be with our key card . We all friends enjoyed the stay .

Stay at the Lemon Tree hotel was very good, particularly the customer service. Staff was helpful and prompt. Sukhomoy and Ram took personal care of our needs. The room was comfortable and the amenities were very good and clean. The hotel experience was important for an unforgettable trip of Ujjain. We shall return to the hotel.

The stay at Lemon tree, Indore had a warm ambience accompanied by great service by all the staff, in general,. But special mention for Mr. Shubhamoy, Mr. Raghu and Ms. Sushmita who were really helpful during our stay. We relished our meals and the staff was very co-operative and courteous. Room service was also quick and prompt. Thank you for this wonderful staying experience in Indore. Would definitely recommend.

Awsm service, it’s couple friendly with nice staff. It’s my second visit and experience was nice. A member of staff named Ms Neha and ***ager Devraj provides personalised attention to us. There is beautiful lobby where you can roam freely. Food was so much yum and hygienic.🥰

I stayed in Lemon tree hotel for 3 days in March 2021 during business trip, just before the second covid wave started. The hotel's location is best, in city centre near to railway station. I had booked executive suite room on MAP plan. Food was decent. Checking experience was bad. I had requested for early check in and reached there around 9-30 am. There was this lazy receptionist, who told me to wait as rooms were being cleaned, without even bothering to check my booking details. She made other guests wait too for checkin. One large family who have booked 3-4 rooms requested her to just provide them on room for keeping luggage, as they wanted to leave for Omkareshwar. but this lady refused. After sitting idle for 45 mins, When I insisted to check my booking, she said that my room was ready. Apparently it was suite room, which is not booked much due to cost and was ready all *****, yet she kept me waiting. Anyway, executive suite rooms are road facing and offer a good view of RNT marg. This room has separate seating and sleeping area, closets and bathtub in bathroom. But bathrooms still have green marble decor and look dated, probably from 2001 when this hotel was inaugurated. I am enclosing photos of room. Check out experience was good, but the person made some error in my bill, which I noticed later due to hurry. I had to call them multiple times to rectify the bill, which they eventually did.

During my brief stay at Lemon Tree Indore from April 7 to April 8, 2024, I was enveloped in a cozy but distinctly old-fashioned atmosphere that speaks volumes of its long-standing embrace of heritage architectural styles. Despite its age, the hotel has ***aged to maintain a level of comfort that is commendable, though it's evident that the construction and design lean heavily on older aesthetic choices. Both the bathroom and the rooms showcase this older style, which, while clean and functional, may not appeal to those seeking a more modern luxury experience. Where the hotel truly shines is in its exceptional service and dining options, particularly the buffet at the Citrus restaurant. The array of dishes on offer was impressive, catering to a wide range of palates with well-prepared and flavorful food. What made the dining experience truly memorable was the outstanding service provided by the staff. Gautam Chakraborty, Lax***, and Anchal Maheshwari went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for. Their attention to detail, promptness, and genuinely warm demeanor significantly enhanced our overall experience. While the physical aspects of Lemon Tree Indore might evoke a nostalgic charm, it's the heartwarming service and culinary delights that stand out. For those who appreciate a mix of comfort and a dip into yesteryear aesthetics, this hotel offers a unique stay. However, for guests who prioritize modernity in design and facilities, this might not be the first choice. Ultimately, it's the staff's dedication and the gastronomic pleasures at Citrus that are the hotel's strongest suit, promising a stay that's both comfortable and memorable.
