Pension Stoi Budget Guesthouse

This is an easy walk from the train Station, convenient position. Easy walk to old town; also to cafes and restaurants. I class this place as Budget Accommodation. Excellent shower. Very clean. No fridge. Firm bed. Pillow very soft, no support. We were in room 23. Stairs, no lift.

Don not leave anything in the fridge there or the boss might take it and not return before you have to leave. Also, they do not keep track of who paid already and who did not, so expect some confusion when checking out. Otherwise it’s an ok place.

Owners not understanding at all. I booked online for the wrong date accidentally, and right afterwards I realized and called the properties. I told them the situation and asked to change the dates of the stay, and they said that they were fully booked for the day I needed to be there. They then went on to say that they would cancel the fee and I would not be charged however a couple days later I realized that they charged me and they are not willing to give me my money back. Terrible service. Don't recommend at all. Do not book this hotel. Manager is not friendly at all

Posizione super a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e 5 dal centro di Innsbruck. Camere carine con l indispensabile. Ottimo qualità prezzo. Personale disponibile. Consigliata per prezzo, posizione e pulizia.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr nahe am Hauptbahnhof und nur wenige Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt. Trotzdem ist die Lage relativ ruhig. Das Zimmer ist ordentlich eingerichtet und recht sauber. Die Frau an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt kann ich die Pension für einen Kurztrip sehr empfehlen, wenn man keinen Anspruch auf Luxusurlaub hat. Ein paar Renovierungen wären wohl nötig, aber die Erfahrung mit der Pension waren trotzdem sehr positiv.

3年前に泊まった際には安めの宿ながら専用バスルーム付きの二人部屋で特に問題はありませんでした。今回冬の観光シーズンの週末インスブルックのホテルがほぼいっぱいで困っていた時に偶々空室があり、以前の良い記憶があった為細かい条件を確認せずに急ぎ予約を入れました。 【ロケーション】駅にも旧市内にも近く、限られたチェックイン時間内に到着できる場合は大変リーズナブルな宿だと思います。 【バスルーム】今回はトイレとシャワー室が3室で共有のファミリールームに泊まりました。やはりバスルーム共有は不便です。チェックインを終え荷物を部屋に置いてすぐに出かけたいのに、トイレ使用中。レセプションスタッフに相談したところ、別の区域のトイレへ行くドアをマスターキーで開錠してもらい使わせていただけましたが、スタッフ不在時の夜はそれも不可能です。 【無料WiFi 】いつもはチェックイン後入室してすぐ、WiFiと TVチェックをするのですが、今回は油断もありチェックせずに外出してしまい、夜いざWiFiを使用する段になってホテル無料のWiFiのパスワードを訊いていなかったことに思い至りました。 スタッフは既に不在。客室に取扱説明書の類も無く、共有スペースにもパスワードの記載無し。インターネットが使用できず、調べ物もできず困りました。前回は問題なかったからと思い込まないで、チェックイン時のルーチンチェックは欠かしてはいけないと、再認識しました。 【朝食】リーズナブルな価格帯の宿なので朝食サービスは無し。 【チェックアウト】チェックイン時に会計を済ませていたので、チェックアウトは約束の場所に鍵を置いて終了。そしてWiFiが利用できるインスブルック中央駅の一等ラウンジに向かいました。

Ottima scelta per una toccata e fuga a Innsbruck. Posizione ottima, vicina al centro e facile da raggiungere in macchina. Unica pecca il parcheggio che pur essendo privato necessità della prenotazione. Nel complesso, considerata anche la somma pagata ... Lo consiglio.

Super pension, aménagements simples, chambres propres et très bon accueil. Nous avions 2 chambres, une avec wc et douche dans la chambre et l'autre avec sanitaires sur le palier. Les sanitaires palier étaient très propres et pour le prix demandé le rapport qualité prix est imbatable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Innsbruck, facilité par l'emplacement très central de la pension Stoi

Pension Stoi is a modest guesthouse that is perfect for a quick overnight. It’s no frills, quiet and clean. It is a very close walk to the train station and not far from the old center. We arrived after the guesthouse closed and they arranged everything so we could get a key to our room seamlessly. I interacted with several staff and everyone was welcoming and warm.
