房間很乾凈，比較舒適，就是沒有空調，有時候會有些熱。不同房間温感不一樣，可以問下前台。但是住起來沒什麼問題。

Booked here because of the pool and sauna. They were great, but the hotel itself was just as good. Lovely interior and friendly, helpful staff. Would recommend!!

We really enjoyed our time here! The staff were awesome and the overall experience in the hotel was memorable.
The location was amazing and facilities were better than expected!
I’d like to thank the staff for the quality customer service they provided.
Inverness is a great place and this hotel is the perfect accommodation when you’re there!!

Had a lovely stay at this hotel, I had booked a cosy room which I didn’t know was outside of the main hotel building next door, this meant a 20 second walk outside to and from breakfast/reception/pool which wasn’t the best in November. However everything else from my stay was ideal. Perfect location, good pool, lovely breakfast with views of the castle and river ness. Staff very helpful and friendly giving me a map and advice on what to do/see in the local area. Really recommend this property, will stay there again if I return to Inverness although I’d make sure to book a room in the main building.
