After a turbulence journey from Moscow, my fiancée made a good decision to select this hotel. Staffs at the reception and the cleaners ladies are absolutely brilliant, very polite and friendly...despite my broken Russian language (). The view was stunning, overlooking the river Uvod. Marina at the restaurant was super brilliant, she can speak both Russian and Spanish. Thank you for her kind hospitality and generosity too. Would we ever stay in this hotel again, absolutely? Will see you soon!!

Я провел в этом отеле две ночи во время экскурсионного посещения Иваново. Он находится в удобном месте в центре города на Шереметевском проспекте на берегу реки Уводь. Уютный одноместный номер с необычной планировкой с четырьмя окнами и видом на реку меня очень устроил. Красные цвета обоев и паласа сделали интерьер номера очень ярким, необычным и, как следствие, запоминающимся. Наличие внутреннего бассейна – еще один веский аргумент, склонивший меня в пользу выбора этого отеля.

Мы размещались в первом корпусе, номер категории стандарт. Номер средних размеров, для двоих комфорно. В номере есть холодильник, стаканы, штопор, сейф, щетка для одежды, губка для обуви. 2 бутылочки воды 0,5 газ/не газ на каждого гостя. В ванной комнате душевая кабина. Есть фен, на каждого гостя предоставляется гель для душа, шампунь, шапочка для душа, расческа, лосьен для тела. Вид из номера: на вплотную сотоящие здания, видно маленький кусочек набережной. На каждом этаже есть кулер, гладильная доска. Завтрак по системе шведский стол: тушеное мясо, макароны, запеканка, вареные яйца, сыр/колбаса, огурцы/помидоры/оливки/маслины, кавашеная капуста/тертая свекла/консервированная кукуруза, творог, сметана, сухофрукты, джемы, хлопья для завтрака, яблоки, апельсины, сладкий рулет из магазина, молоко, соки, кофе из кофемашины, чай. По запросу готовят яичницу. Расположен отель в самом центре города. Рядом остановки общественного транспорта, продуктовые магазины. До ж/д/автовокзала 30 минут пешком. Персонал доброжелательный.

Останавливались в отеле на две ночи. Начнём с хорошего. Что понравилось? Большой, чистый номер. Зонирован на две части. В одной двуспальная кровать с тумбочками и стулом, в другой раскладной диван с тумбой (внутри мини-холодильник), креслом, зеркалом и столиком. Уборка и замена полотенец ежедневная. Персонал приветливый. Что не понравилось? Неудобная ванная комната, совершенно негде поставить гигиенические принадлежности и положить вещи. Завтраки ужас. Выбор очень маленький, местами заветреные колбаса и сыр, подсохший хлеб, мандарины с гнилыми боками. Зато жареная курица и котлеты. Неужели их кто-то ест на завтрак? На второй день видели, как за соседним столиком ели яичницу. На раздаче её и омлета нет. Возможно, её заказывают отдельно. И было бы прям здорово, если бы сотрудники отеля предупреждали об этом. Или же поставить информационную табличку на столе. В период нашего пребывания был гололед, лестница в отель очищена только местами, в целом очень скользко. На ресепшене не всегда есть кто-то из сотрудников. На второй день спустились завтракать, а помещение закрыто. Вышел охранник, сказал, что накрыто в соседнем корпусе, можно вот быстренько перебежать. Действительно, почему бы не перебежать по морозу и льду в футболках и тапочках?! Резюме: сами в этот отель не вернёмся и другим не рекомендуем.
