The ******* listing did not accurately reflect the property. No amenities to include no breakfast/coffee and no internet. Description doesn't mention the additional charge for "any" housekeeping. Smoke detector in the room wasn't even connected. The only positive parts were is was relatively clean and the staff was nice, when available. There is no front desk support between 11pm and 7am.

I wouldn’t really consider this a stay. This facility needs to be REMOVED from Hotels as a place to stay. The pictures and description online were DECEIVING! Upon arrival I understand EVERYONE needs somewhere to live or either stay if visiting from out of town but this place looked UNSAFE on the outside and inside! Once my husband and I got on the suspect looking elevator to the 3rd flr and entered the room the toilet did NOT flush and the air conditioner did NOT get cold! We immediately went back to the office to demand a refund!

I booked a suit.
Made it to the hotel.
Hotel had no power or anyone at the front desk.
Reached out to ********** for a refund and I still haven’t received it. I am not happy at all.
