We had another guest have a key to our room and was called at 6am to ask what car is ours after giving that information upon check in already. Woke our baby twice.

Walls are very thin and can hear everything in the next room. Even the people ubove walking around. Left early because of the people running in and out.

Pictures are deceiving. This hotel requires major updates and is overpriced. Close to lots of shopping and dining but is not close to the highway.

Cleaning staff pounds on your door every morning, even if you ask the front desk to please respect the do not disturb sign on the door. I was woken up every morning by a cleaning lady and asked to leave so they could clean, to the point where I had to be rude. Super unprofessional and ridiculous. Got zero restful sleep at this hotel. You get what you pay for I guess.

Cleanliness of guest rooms is questionable. Carpets look old and dirty as if they have not been washed since they were installed. Mattress was uncomfortable, would wake up with backache.

Bed wasn’t bad, room was clean. Hot tub and pool were both open. Breakfast was ok. Close to shopping/restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.
