Nice room with a comfortable bed and good wifi, nice staff. Located in the centre of Kherson. Conveniently located only about 5 minutes walk from the main square and one of the only (maybe the only?) big supermarkets open these days as well as a couple restaurants and cafe

Although Kherson is currently in a precarious situation, my visit to the city was still rewarding.
My stay at the Diligence Hotel was excellent. The staff was warm and inviting. They were available to assist in any way they could.
The hotel is beautiful, centrally located and very clean. The room I was given was a very good size and had all the amenities I needed. The Samsung high-tech TV was a nice surprise.
Probably the most impressive part of my experience with the hotel happened before I even arrived. All my communications with the hotel were replied to in a relatively timely fashion. Any question I posed was met with a solution.
I wish to thank Andrew and the staff for making me feel welcomed and at home.

I was fortunate to get a hotel room in Kherson. The Russian invasion and occupation did much damage. The infrastructure in Kherson was heavily damaged. So, it is not fair to be too critical about anything in Kherson. The staff here were very good.

I arrived after midnight, but the check in procedure was finished withing seconds, so I could finally get my rest. My room was clean, spacious and well equipped. The shower cabin is a bit small. For me no problem, but I can imagine that someone a bit larger than me would have a problem. The bed is good. Breakfast has to be ordered, is served at your table and you can choose 3 items on the list. The quality is good, but the quantity is a bit limited. Internet is good. The staff speaks English.

E' las econda volta che vado al Diligence in due anni e sono sempre rimasto soddisfatto. Camera molto spaziosa e fresca, ottimo il mimibar e il bagno ampio e luminoso. La colazione e' un poco monotona basata molto sulle uova in diverso modo di preparazione, ma e' piuttosto abbondante. Il ristorante sia all'interno della struttura che nel giardino offre una discreta varieta' di scelte abbondanti e piacevoli al gusto. Peccato che vi sia sempre la televisione accesa e non venga messa della musica d'ambiente. L'unico vero neo e' il wifi molto lento nelle camere, andrebbe migliorato ed implementato!
