Our stay was very cozy. Everything was working well. It’s a great place for the price, and allows pets too. We would definitely come back next time in Kincardine.

Filthy dirty, smelly, didn’t even put my foot in the door of the room
Was not what I booked, 2 queen beds with bar fridge as shown in pictures!

Absolutely false advertising, and should be taking off the website!

Stayed for a week while working. Not very clean. Room service did not tend to my room at any point during my stay. Have to remove garbage from bin and throw out yourself.

The room needed a good vacuuming/dusting of all the cobwebs in the corners, bugs on the window sill, the air cooling/heating unit needed a thorough wipe down. Some of the towels still had stains, glad i brought my own. No tissue paper in the room and the remote control didnt work. Bathtub is fine except for the leaky shower head.
Perfect for when you just need a bed for the night, you don't care about comfort and your expectations can be lowered.

It’s obvious they aren’t putting money into making this place vastly improved. The staff was reasonably polite but the facility left a lot to be desired. Needs to be properly renovated…rather than putting lipstick on a pig

They are renovating. Our room was newly renovated but the property common areas have not been yet. They need to wonder the windows but otherwise the room was clean. Value for money was okay and it was dog friendly. Would stay there again.

Because of a massive storm we ended up being later than 11, but the guy still came down really quickly to help us and check in was a breeze. There were negative reviews so we almost didn't book, but now I'm wishing I'd booked longer because it's about half the price of everywhere else and the rooms are comfy and clean. The bathroom has a nice deep tub and was obviously recently renovated. Wifi is quite decent and free. There was a fridge and microwave in the room, which we weren't expecting and really appreciated!
Negatives are that there were only 2 pillows and I forgot my pillows at home. And the towels are just whatever. But at the price I paid, these are such small things that I'll be back.
