位置很好，但是電梯老舊而且運行不暢，沒有泳池，早餐檔次也偏低，總的性價比不好。

第二次入住這家酒店了！房間設施不錯，早餐是美式風格，雞蛋、培根，香腸，各種麪包和貝果好吃！新鮮水果、麥片、咖啡、各種茶飲，比較豐富。步行5分鐘對面就是KOP，美國最大的mall，購物、吃飯也方便。

Room was nice. Walking distance to the mall. Friendly staff. My only complaint would be that you can hear everything outside your room. Was hearing people talk and slamming doors.

My Husband and I stayed at the Crowne Plaza for two nights. The location is great. It's surrounded by restaurants and shoppes. Both the room and facilities were clean. The property is well cared for and it was nice and quiet. Friendly and attentive staff, along with a solid breakfast buffet topped it off. We will definitely be returning.

The door that we shared with the other room was open as was the other side. Maintenance did come up and fix it but it was just concerning to have it wide open.

The bed linen had holes. The non-smoking room was filled with smell of tobacco. The carpet was stained. There was feces stains on bed sheets.

We had a great stay. The staff was excellent and dining was great. The only problem we had was once we got to the hotel room. There was a bunch of brown stains on the toilet seat. We did not appreciate that although we called down and the front staff immediately took care of the problem other than that everything was wonderful.
