Great place to stop on our way out of town for Spring Break drive to the Panhandle. Comfy beds, clean and friendly. Starbucks station inside the hotel. Bonus. Would for sure stay here again without hesitation. Didn't have time to use pool so not sure how that is.

I read several reviews on here after my experience! Thank you for the validation after the gaslighting from hotel management!!! My room had bed bugs. When I told the front desk, they asked for me to bring one to them as proof. I already flushed them down the sink and woke up to several bites. I took photo evidence with picture and time locations but they still questioned my integrity. The room also had black mold. I left very stuffy and felt ill and discomfort from being itchy and general disgust. Unacceptable. The first floor has not been renovated and when I told them my room number, I could gauge by their facial expressions that they already had an idea of the problem which is just straight negligent. They said an exterminator will treat the room before they re-assign it but I had a feeling they would re-assign pretty quickly. Room 135.

Property should be closed and condemn. Construction, exposed wires above low ceiling in hallways, badly kept lobby furniture, mold and stains in room, room not cleaned. Staff was bla and unhelpful with room not being cleaned. Sad

Business brought me to Kokomo, and I chose the Courtyard by Marriott. The facility is scheduled for refurbishment/remodeling/updating later this year. It's a three story facility, located near a main intersection in town. This provides convenience to many sights. I had a room with a king-size bed. The service provided at this location was commendable. Check-in was quick and flawless. The front desk team member responded to my request for extra pillows quickly. Breakfast was tasty, prepared to order, and fast. All and all, a good one night stay.

Stayed from 10/13/2023-10/16/2023. After returning home, awoke covered in 50+ BED BUG BITES. Contacted the hotel “leadership” and was told that I could have gotten bed bug bites from anywhere. I’ve been a nurse for over 28 years, and they also gave false medical information, stating that bites from bedbugs show up immediately (they don’t, and it can take 1-14 days for your body to react and the bites to surface). They refused to provide a refund and denied that their hotel has bedbugs. Beware.

The staff at this hotel is always friendly and helpful…thus the 2 stars. Otherwise, it would be 1 star at best. This hotel is WAY overdue for a makeover. I can understand that. What I can’t understand is dirty floors, carpets and bathrooms. That is NOT acceptable under any circumstances. There are two brand new hotels about to open within walking distance of this property. I have stayed here r or 6 times over the last few months. I won’t be staying here again.

Attendant at the front desk was rude upon check in. We reserved a king and were given 2 double beds. Man at desk said “well we are full sooooooo idk what to tell you”. He could have been more professional. Instead blaming it on me for using ******* instead of the hotel itself. I didn’t pay over 500 for two nights to be ridiculed at the desk for my booking. Also the shower u had to straddle to stand because it was doing like a v thing u couldn’t stand flat. He also tried to argue that I would have to pay again even though I paid through *******, because he didn’t understand the code that ******* sent him. Again completely unprofessional and rude.
