In the morning, always heard the loud noise and woke me up …… the location wise, it’s good

Love the room size. Very Comfortable. The lamp beside the love seat, at the bottom of the lamp was filthy. The Breakfast was very limited. Never in my life have I ever seen Bagels so small in size. They were the same size, of a bag of little donuts. That was the size of the donuts also.

Not hot water, lights without bulbs. Door damaged. Poor breakfast room, not taste coffee, neither taste orange juice. Bad customer service very unprofessional.

I stay in Lake City hotels 5-10 times per year. This business should be closed for repairs and cleaning. Here are the high/lowlights: * large room. Holes in walls that appear from fists. Hole in ceiling, with hanging paint chips/drywall. * strong urine smell that would not go away in bathroom. It was like the sewer/septic was coming back up the pipes enough to make you nauseas just walking in the bathroom. * TV was non functional. Staff fixed it after about 30 mins but stopped working with the same problem by night #2. * electrical cords hanging from outside roof rafters down to the grass. * cockroaches spotted on the second night * no towels for the second night even after asking the staff * 45 mins after breakfast starting, nearly all food was gone. I actually mixed pancake batter myself for my family because we were not able to find any staff that morning * someone was sleeping in the lobby. Not sure if it was staff since the desk was un-manned for the entire breakfast hour or a homeless person. * no breakfast offered at all on day 2. Staff was actually present, so I asked why not? Answer was they can’t get in touch with the general manager and they are out of stock. Lie. I mixed pancake flour that came from a multi pound full bag and there was plenty of syrup the previous day. Hard to believe this property can even be open for business. There is no way it would ever pass an inspection.

This place should not be called a hotel, it is a pigsty. The room on the floor had something similar to vomit. I immediately requested a cancellation and left as soon as I could.

You get what you pay for I guess, but this is more like an off brand “motel” than anything else. Very run down, bathroom was in horrible shape, hallways gross, extremely thin walls… I am happy with the cost but that’s about it. Good enough for getting 7 hours of sleep but that’s about all.

The living space was fine, but the bathroom was very very shabby. The walls were bubbling. The lever on the faucet on the bathtub for turning the tub into a shower was frozen in the shower position. The tub itself was of questionable cleanliness. The refrigerator desperately needed to be defrosted. However, despite just these discrepancies, of the three Wyndham hotels I stayed at on my trip, the Days Inn and an Independent, this was the best.

If this property is in the middle of a makeover, close it until it’s finished!! Room209 has black mold in its shower head; refused to take a shower!

The room felt dirty. We requested a non-smoking room but you could smell the smoke coming through the walls.There was a patch in the bathtub that made it feel like it would be difficult to be clean so I didn't want to take a shower. The associate the checked me into my room messaged me on Facebook Messenger and I thought that was inappropriate. I found a hair in the bed when we pulled down the sheets.
