I found my stay better than what I expected for the price I paid. Very clean and modern conveniences. Staff was very friendly. Disappointed in the “breakfast” that was supposed to be included. All there was was a coffee pot (I don’t drink coffee) and a pre-packaged package of a small sweet roll.

We tried to move the reservation, but the phone line into the hotel was always busy. Trip.com agent tried to call also and was not able to reach the hotel. Do not try to call this hotel as you will not be able to get any answer :(. Very unsatisfied with their service and was unable to stay at the hotel as booked for the wrong date.
So paid but unable to call to change date.

Terrible conditions. No paint, dirty look, the sheets and towels looked dirty as well.
The front desk lady was the best of the stay, she was very nice and accommodating.
The site also offered breakfast included, it was at best grab and go only.
In general, very bad experience.

First of all, there's no Sign to say this is Rodeway Inn. Nothing on the building ..a tall faded illegible sign on one side and nothing on the other.
Second... Advertised...Breakfast Included. Breakfast was A sweet roll and coffee.
No juice, no milk No tea... Nothing to drink since we don't drink coffee...
NOT A BREAKFAST INCLUDED.. and that was my only requirement when searching.
Third....No shampoo...No conditioner...No lotion...One tiny sliver of soap...One tiny bottle of unidentified blue liquid..
Fourth...One mostly used up roll of toilet paper...No extra to replace it
No coffee or coffee pot..etc...
I chose Roadway Inn because it was the.. highest rating in the area with breakfast included in the same price range....

When we arrived couldn’t figure out where to check in as the office isn’t marked. The mattress in the bed was so slanted from people using the side of it facing the door I literally tumbled to the floor in the middle of the night when I rolled over. Had I hit my head on the nightstand a hospital visit and lawsuit could’ve been the result. That mattress should be replaced before someone gets hurt. I’m a senior citizen and picking myself up off the floor was not acceptable!!!

Receptionist was great, room was clean but bed was awful. Said continental breakfast but only a small pot of coffee and little Debby snake cakes were offered, and only about three or four of them. They were very friendly but not what was advertised.

With me it's a personal thing. I don't sleep well on firm a mattress. Also I'm not used to having air conditioning running all night, but due to time of year, and this being Florida it was necessary. Room was basic, but very clean. Just what I was looking for. Also it's location is close to a couple of restaurants. Walking distance in fact. I would stay here again.
