Unfortunately, I had an issue with the first room I reserved and was moved to another room to only have more issues with that room, too. The staff was amazing, very friendly and tried to correct the problems, but unfortunately these problems were too inconvenient for me to want to stay here again.

They really needed to clean. The rooms looked like they had some updates and we weren’t expecting the Ritz but I wiped down the surfaces myself and they were filthy. There was a dried booger on one of the hand towels and stains on all the bedding, looked like someone used the curtains as a towel to wipe their dirty Cheeto fingers on (why are people such slobs?), and spatters of food or something on a couple of the walls. We stayed on the side that was right next to the road and it was loud with cars driving through all night. I may have finally fallen asleep but felt like I didn’t. I also understand they can’t do much about the road being there but perhaps upgrade the windows and door in the future so it limits some noise. We were supposed to stay three nights and only stayed one. The staff was very friendly and helpful and did refund us the two nights we didn’t stay. Plus the breakfast was good.

room was nice but had no place to hang clothing. light switches for bathroom in an odd location in the middle of the room, instead of in the bathroom. too many parking spaces reserved for electrical vehicles only, did not even see an electric vehicle there.

Like: Refrigerator/Microwave in room. Cleaning staff was professional & accommodating.
Dislike: Rooms (I had 2 rms for 2 nights) were inconsistent. 1 smelled & had stained cover blankets. Only 1 had a hair dryer. 1 had 2 pieces of tissue left in the box. Floor boards in the room moved. Hole in 1 of the rr doors. Patio chairs were mostly ripped & unsafe to sit on. No iron or iron boards. Only 1 rm had a luggage rack.
Breakfast was super unfriendly, mean bossy signs everywhere. Juice was warm. Cereal old & crumbly. Bacon soggy. Only 3 yogurts or hot chocolate packets placed out at a time. Like the rooms, bare bones minimum.

The room was clean except for the floor. Dont walk around bare foot because it will leave you feet black. My daughter and i had to wash our feet before climbing into bed.
