It was a nice little hotel. The room was very clean and quiet. The beds were a little too firm for me but my son loved his. Make sure to ask for a first floor room if you don’t want to carry luggage up the stairs

Bed looks good, the chair looks worn out, straight out of Grandma’s from the 60’s. Toilet was dirty and full, not flushed. Two empty water bottles were left on the desk. There were no parking spots in the lot, we had to park on the street.

There were a number of flying insects in the room when we first arrived.
I don't know how thoroughly the room was cleaned before our stay as there was a rubber band for a retainer on the bathroom floor.
All of the bath towels and one of the hand towels had yellow-orange stains, including one which had some rust colored chunks dried into the towel.
The door to the room had about a half inch gap underneath, which could easily let in bugs, wind, or rain.
Lastly, there was very limited parking at the property.

I liked it was easy to find and worth the rate, had a pool and hottub in working order. Breakfast was great. I did not like the parking, especially coming back and not able to get a spot near our room. Should have assigned spots though i know it can be an inconvience either way
