Do not come here. I no I booked a 3 star and expect basic room and basic food. The room is filthy. Dirty. Stained. Cigarette burns in sofa covered with a sheet. The work that is going on outside starts at 8am and is that close you can hear the radio from them during the break from the cement mixer. The shower curtain is just so bad I have no words. The food again booked a three star so expect basic. Cold chips is what I ate. There was nothing else. Chorizo sausage for breakfast though. Paid all inclusive but you have to pay a deposit for a plastic cup if u want a drink. Spoke to hotel who told me to go to travel agent who told me to go to hotel, said the manager wasn’t there to travel agent but told me they were. As I was asking for help a new load of people arrived and within 15 mins they were all back at reception complaining about the rooms. Like I said I paid for and expect 3-star. This is the dirtiest hotel I have ever seen. I have loaded pics and videos so you can decide for yourself. Tip if you do come don’t leave the plugs out of the sink as the room will fill with small flying insects Also very dangerous pin left in plug socket making it live

Arrived late evening after a long day travelling and greeted by truely rude mature female receptionist who spoke to us disgusting. Room was pleasant and was clean but dated. Breakfast was the best meal the lunch and dinner were poor and we ate out on a number of occasions. Drinks were ok. Entertainment was non existent Not a place for children there nothing here for them also the hotel is a good walk from the town and big hills . When checking out our all inc bands were taken off us and told if we wanted to eat and drink till our late afternoon time we would have to pay 10 euro each !!!!

We were met with a very warm welcome and given the keys to our room.. The room was dated but clean.. The Staff are fantastic and well the food made up for any shortfalls on the decor... It was fantastic with plenty of choice for anyone.. Ended up loving it in this quirky hotel.. Will be going back

Me and my friend booked this very last minute for a cheap few days away. We honestly good not really fault the hotel for the price we paid. I think people need to remember this. What do you want for £30 a night all inclusive. Rooms were clean and food is fine. Breakfast is very good and so are the all inclusive drinks. The pool area is immaculate and we always got a sunbed. The views are stunning and the surrounding old town area is fabulous. The main ***** of PDC is only a 20 minute walk away and it’s easy not too hilly. All the staff we met were very friendly and always smiling. We enjoyed our stay so much we have just booked to come back in a few weeks time bringing another friend this time! Gemma Devlin Room 211

Rooms clean but dated, pool is lovely and drinks available on all inclusive are great! San Miguel (not watered down!!) and cocktails , we saw the reviews and were a bit worried but we didn’t have one problem, Suzanne at reception was so helpful when we left our passport in the taxi 🤣 and got it back for us within an hour, all staff friendly it’s really not as bad as the reviews make out!! Perfect for a long weekend in the sun. We didn’t go hungry and ate 3 meals a day at the hotel but food is a bit repetitive/ not a big selection but as a fussy eater I always managed to have food! If you’re looking for an all inclusive resort it’s not what you should book but for the price we paid and just adults having some sun a break it’s perfect!

O.K. not the best place we stayed it was basic, and clean, the food was not to my personal taste but a good selection and the breakfast was fine - the staff were pleasant and friendly. One last thing you definitely get your steps in walking up and down that big hill - a little bit away from the centre and couldn't find a shop for the essentials - the taxis are very reasonable

Cheap and cheerful. Great value for the price paid. No complaints at all, Had a lovely time here with my family. Location, room, pool, food was all fine. Would love to return to this hotel for another holiday sometime. Thank you blue sea los fiscos.

This hotel was fantastic, the staff were friendly and polite, the rooms were very nice, food was lovely and a very good selection, it was not far to the town centre, it is quite hilly but Taxis are cheap, we had an amazing holiday and will definitely visit again.

The place was bogging the food wasn’t nice all that was nice was chips but even at that they got sickening the cleaner didn’t do there job properly we had to do clean the rooms I wouldn’t take kids there no where for them to play they said they had entertainment but they never all my family were out playing cards at night and we keep getting complaints we had to be quite for 10 at night it would be good if I were drinking and going to bed and going back out the next day but wouldn’t go back there
