The Hotel is billed as 4 Start I would rate it 3 at the most. The hotel infrastructure needs updating. For example cracked or broken tiles in the corridors not many but have not been repaired. When it rained leaked into hotel in several places. Worst part was food, good display but when brought from kitchen after a short time on display was cold. Why, no idea, it is not rocket science to keep food hot. There was a microwave which lots of people were using to reheat their meals. We used it. Pools very good. No Entertainment apart from one night but it was the start of the season. Hotel clean Staff good and polite. Short walk to Costa Teguise Would not recommend

Booked this as a last minute get away for some winter sun last month. Had such a lovely stay. Very friendly and helpful staff, pool very clean and plenty of food & drink options. Around a 25 min walk away from bars and restaurants which wasn’t bad at all for us as the views were spectacular. Would love to return in the future.

Got a rodent couldn’t believe it when I opened the draw. I’ve noticed poo on the floor but didn’t realise until today. Not only the worst hotel to stay at but rats. Worst week of my life they put us at the back like of the hotel like a concrete prison changed it after one day room great but rats! I’ll never ever stay here again

Excellent Christmas break, well situated for all amenities, excellent complex friendly staff throughout. Lovely clean complex. The staff are very helpful throughout. Thank you for a truly enjoyable break. Mr&Mrs Roe South Yorkshire

Lovely stay at Blue Bay all inclusive Mid Nov. Weather fantastic for whole 10 days. Lovely pool area, spacious rooms large sunny south facing balcony overlooking pool area. Comfy beds ... and pillows!! Rooms come equipped with small kitchen and fridge. Shower great too. Plenty sunbeds around pool and animation team 6 days per week. 10 mins to nearest beach and around 15 mind to main Square. Lots of great restsurants nearby.... Navarone and La Augmente and recommend Le Patio znd Habanna 6 in the Square. Great wee bar around corner from Hotel cslled Monicas. Great service and cocktails. Only negatives were sink and shower backed up a bit, slight smell from drains at certain times of the day and room could so with softer light in living area. Outside bar area could do with better lighting in evening to make more inviting. All in all a great holiday at reasonable price. All staff friendly and all inclusive beer wine and sangria of good quality. Water on tap freely available do take a water bottle to save on plastic :)

Overall a decent experience for a 3* hotel. Staff pleasant & efficient. Hotel clean & tidy, lovely gardens & grounds, trees around the pool area. Restaurant as expected for 3* , always a reasonable choice & variety. Never waited for a table. Tables cleared & cleaned by efficient staff. Room comfortable & spacious enough for 3 friends. New bathroom fitted, large balcony. Hotel very quiet at night. No rowdy guests around the pool. No one saved sunbeds & there was always a sunbed available. We didn’t watch the entertainment or take part in activities so can’t comment. There were no insects, ants, cockroaches inside public areas or rooms. We just saw one on the path. So don’t consider there is any issues with that. Overall we would stay again.

When we arrived, Sandra was very nice. However through the night our roof started to leak, leaving our floor very very wet and starting to flood. When we went down to see about getting moved rooms the man was very rude and spoke to me and my partner like we were children and stupid and he was going to get maid to clean the water. I do not recommend

Woken up by the next group of kids that turned up yesterday , another 45-50 they’d have been up since 7 am and are very loud Completely took over look from3.30 till 6.30 when they arrived yesterday went from quiet pool to kids playground in minutes Don’t come here In mid June as it seems to be when schools go away

Firstly ignore all the negative and bad reviews!! This hotel is brilliant value The choice of food is very wide and there is always something for everyone The hotel Is spotlessly clean and the rooms are cleaned daily The pools are all beautifully clean and children love the slides The plastic glasses are a great idea and prevent accidents The entertainment is ok when you think it’s all free ! Except karaoke- they don’t know how to do it We could not understand all the bad reviews and honestly they are unfair, untrue and ridiculous We highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to return
