We booked and pre-paid. On arrival we had to give a bank card for “room guarantees”. In the morning the member of staff pretended not to understand and repeated it was the bill. We both spoke fluent French so every time we rumbled him he said “ I don’t understand you”. The same practice appeared to be going on with customers convinced they’d booked breakfast and being charged twice. Guy simply repeated it wasn’t his problem.

Comfy bed, great shower and a clean room. Good breakfast. If your going to le mans circuit it's perfect, great cheap parking 2 minutes walk away, tram to circuit 5 minutes away. Town center 10 minutes.

Staff are very accommodating and helpful. The hotel situation is wonderful for shopping, bars/restaurants and sightseeing. Our room was ok but the bathroom even though we’ll fitted need a deep clean.

Expérience tout juste convenable car la salle de bain n'était vraiment pas propre. Beaucoup de traces dans la douche et présence de poils.
