Hotel Spa Paris

There’s about 10% of the staff here who detest and essentially “spit upon” foreigners. There’s at least 6 employees who go out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. The man who works nights at the front desk is generally mean and not personable. I asked for a thermometer because two of the young school girls traveling with our family have fevers: headache and vomiting. He would not allow me to bring the thermometer up to the room to quickly check the girl’s temperatures. I offered to leave him my cell phone, so he knew I’d be right back, but he refused and said there’s a 24 hour pharmacy which I know to be in a questionably safe part of town. The atmosphere her is charming and rooms are comfortable, but if customers are uncomfortable with staff… the business can expect not to have customers for long. Ana, maitre d at restaurant possesses a strong ability to belittle customers as well. Such a shame that a hotel with such potential turns off guests SO seriously.

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay. I stayed for one night in a small cosy hotel room which was decorated in a modern way and was a equipped with TV, AC and fridge. Bathroom was also modern. There would need to be some renovation but still fine. Breakfast buffet was also nice. Continental breakfast with lots of choices and fresh coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for two nights after two weeks walking the Camino. It was our best accommodation of the trip, a large room with a good shower and air conditioning. Breakfast was quite plentiful with fruit, cereal and eggs. The hotel is in the old town and quite close to the cathedral, however the central location means there are lots of bars and restaurants, and we could hear the noise from the street until after 1am on the Friday and even later on the Saturday. Overall though a good hotel, with a restaurant that looked really good, but unfortunately was booked up during our stay.

100% recomendable. La ubicación es inmejorable. En plena calle Ancha y a un paso de la Catedral. Además tiene parking propio para que te olvides del coche. Instalaciones propias de cualquier 4 estrellas. Atención de 10. Empleados muy profesionales y siempre dispuestos a hacer más cómoda la estancia. Fantásticos de verdad.

Mal servicio de recepción. No dejan descargar en el hotel. Lo que dice una recepcionista no es válido para el resto...son solo palabras...Y cuando indicas tu disconformidad no te atienden bien, solo desean que te vayas. que no vuelvas. El desayuno pese a que es tipo buffet no es así todos ls días, depende de la temporada y el día de ña semana según Irene la recepcionista

No nos alojamos en el hotel, fuimos exclusivamente al Spa. Visita agradable para un momento de relax. No es muy grande pero cuenta con un circuito termal bastante completo. Buen precio y atención del personal. Recomendable

Albergo moderno a Leon, con spa e fitness center. Camere piuttosto spaziose e pulite. Per il luogo il prezzo è un po' caro. Il personale è efficiente e a disposizione. Ampia sala colazioni e disponibilità di rimessaggio biciclette

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo poner cero. Pésimo. Muy mala atención por parte del personal, y bordes. Además hicieron la gestión que les dio la gana y nos han fastidiado el aniversario. Hicimos la reserva a traves de Booking y seleccionamos 1 cama matrimonial, y cuando llegamos nos encontramos con dos camas pequeñas. Bajamos a recepción a comunicarlo y dicen que el hotel está completo y que tuvieron que ponerlo así, y que es lo que hay. Además, en booking seleccionamos pagar después en el alojamiento, y cuando llegamos nos dicen que ya nos lo han descontado, sin preguntar si quiera. Un robo, 120€ para una habitación con dos camas y vistas interiores , y si lo sumamos al resto de la experiencia...para no recomendar jamás.

Ubicación inmejorable.Con parking de acceso directo al hotel a buen precio.Buen trato y limpieza.Cuenta con cafetería en la q puedes desayunar muy bien por 5€ más o menos.Recomendable.Tb cuenta con spa por 10€ entre semana
