Cit'Hotel Limoges Centre - Lion d'or

If I could give minus 5 I would. I booked a room through booking.con. ( no the spelling is correct). Two weeks ago for myself and my wife. We arrived in Limoges at approximately 9 am this morning only to receive a message from the hotel saying that we could only stay one night instead of 3. As they are renovating. To be told this as we arrived I think was disgusting. When we arrived at the hotel the receptionist informed us that we could stay one night only despite us not having anywhere else to stay. We reluctantly agreed but as check in isn’t until 4 pm we were told we could leave our bags in the baggage area. After we left I contacted B.com to complain. They informed we that if I stayed one night at the hotel I would not get a refund for the other two nights as they were trying to avoid paying the refund and any extra costs which we might incur booking somewhere else. Therefore B.con told us they had to cancel the whole booking there and then (about 11am) or else we would receive no refund. Which we reluctantly did as we had nowhere else to stay. When then had to pay for another hotel in full and wait 12 days for the refund of the first hotel. Which we were furious about but we had to do it or they once again refused to refund us if we didn’t book with the nearest cheap hotel which they picked. They wouldn’t even pay for the second hotel we had too. On returning to the first hotel we met with it closed. My wife was panicking as she thought that the hotel had already closed down. She is currently fighting breast cancer and on a very strict medication schedule.with all of her medications in the bags. We therefore had to wait hysterically for 4 hours outside and we’re on the verge of contacting the police to have to gain forced entry for my wife to get her medication. At approximately 3.45 another receptionist arrived so we managed to finally get our bags. She didn’t even seem bothered about our situation and not once did she apologise. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE

Dirty room, broken bathroom fittings, missing plug, dog barking in next room, lampshade missing, dirty clothes from previous occupant, no fan at 38c, no one at reception at 1600, curtain hanging off. Find somewhere else

L'hôtel est situé entre la gare et le centre ville. Par contre je suis arrivé un peu avant 21h et l'hôtel était fermé. Alors que la réception devait fermer à 21h. Les chambres sont correctes et de taille suffisante. Le petit déjeuner est un peu léger et mériterai d'être un peu plus garni. Les chambres sont à un bon rapport qualité prix.

Hôtel partiellement rénové avec certaines salles de bain très rétro sans même un rideau de douche. Dans tous les cas, aucune climatisation et, si vous voulez ouvrir la fenêtre pour rafraîchir un peu votre chambre, le bruit des bars terrasse au pied de l'hôtel empêchent d'ouvrir avant 1 heure du matin

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel qui est situé dans le centre ancien de limoges, proche de magasins, restaurants. L'accueil est chaleureux, je viens chaque année depuis 4 ans et je ne suis jamais déçu !

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel partiellement rénové. J'ai fait le choix d'une chambre non rénovée (moins chère) =＞ un peu "année 70" surtout pour le sanitaire sans douche et une baignoire sans rideau. Pas de connexion Wifi sans fournir ses coordonnées de paiement à un site inconnu sur le web

Rapport qualité/prix en adéquation .Choix de cet hôtel pour sa proximité du centre ville avec un parking en supplément. Un accueil très agréable et une chambre très fonctionnelle pour la nuit . Merci et à peut être une prochaine fois.

un hébergement pratique et d'un montant raisonnable. Cependant il est fort dommage de ne pas disposer de wifi à certains étage. Des efforts de mise aux normes en matière numérique des perspectives de commercialisation plus prometteuses.

L'équipe de l'hôtel est à l'écoute et disponible ; l'établissement est propre; la décoration décoration agréable dans le hall et les chambres. J'ai recommandé cet hôtel à d'autres collègues qui sont ravis de leur séjour.
