The hotel is fine, it’s going through renovations so it’s a bit of a mess. The room was fine, nothing special. It’s next to Hyde park and very close to Queensway station and Bayswater station. The breakfast was decent with a big buffet.

It's absurd that check-in starts at 3pm and check-out at 11am (there are people knocking on your door at 11am).
You pay the daily rate and you don't even stay 20 hours.
The room has an empty fridge. There's no water or anything, you call for water through room service and they tell you to get it from the bar. It's absurd. You have to fetch the water.
There are no blankets in the room

One of the best affordable hotel in the area. Great place very near to bayswaters, near to restaurants and trains. Easy walking to hyde park. Easy check in, respectful staffs. Room size just nice for 1 person, heater is available during cold winter.

Hyde Park is only a stone throw away. Kind hotel staff, old room with only 1 elevator working during my stay but understandable, due to ongoing refurbishment works. Expensive for the condition, but popular because of the location. So no complains, paying for the convenience. Good continental breakfast buffet for 15£

Cockroaches in our room
30 minute walk if not more to anywhere of note
Window “view” was just scaffolding and builders

The location was good. Quite central and not far from the London Underground stations. The room was decent in terms of size. Clean. However, there was a real issue- somehow it was very warm in the room. The air-conditioning system was faulty and not working. Couldn't open the window as well. Hence, it became unpleasant because of the temperature in the room.

My son and I had a great time. Perfectly placed, walked everywhere and plenty of food places, nice restraunts, tube stations and not so busy or noisy.
