Service here is terrible they never clean your room or give you towels very poorly ran establishment

To start off with the front desk receptionist when we checked in was absolutely fantastic !!
The breakfast was amazing and we really enjoyed it.
But the room was subpar to say the least. The toilet ran FOREVER. It was almost unbearable during the night. We had to constantly jig the handle under the lid after using the bathroom. That needs to be fixed asap.
Another issue was that we only had ONE washcloth for the room.
It just wasn’t the best experience we have had at a Hilton and we stay often.

Where to start? As a wheelchair user, we had booked an accessible room, which was at the furthest end of the hotel. The receptionist, who was very polite, used a map to show us how we needed to go to the other entrance (not the one closest to the room/elevator, as that had steps), really? So we had to go to the other entrance, along the hallway, to take the elevator to go back along the hallway to get to the room! YES! I guess they don't use that area much, there were cleaning carts left out and garbage on the floor. We get to our room, the dishwasher is running cleaning the dishes so we do know someone had been in the room. But that was about all the evidence there was. The comforter had a large stain, the rest of the room was far from clean, hand prints everywhere, the headboard was dirty. The whole room was tired and in need of new furniture and a good clean. The towels were awesome, lots of fresh, fluffy,. clean towels but that was the best I've got. Disappointing.

The stay was good however breakfast is a big one for me and there was not many options and one of the mornings we got there at 9:30 and they closed at 10 and they were not willing to refill the items that were done. Other then that everything was fine and comfortable

Stayed overnight with family on way to Florida. The entire facility was super clean, breakfast the next day was delicious and the staff were all friendly. No complaints whatsoever.

The first room we were assigned was nice but toliet was broken...room 227...we called to asked for someone to come fix the toliet however we were told that no one was on duty to do so...we checked in late around 10pm after a 3 hrs drive..the representative told us we would need to move to a comparable room on the 1st floor...the room on the first floor was dirty and dingy..I didnt have emotional or mental capacity to keep disputing this...so we decided to pack up and leave..we were so disappointed because the "reviews" gave this place a 9/10...this was nkt the case and more so a 3/10...i'm probably am not going to get my money back since I didnt complain formally...but i"ll never book here again. The staff was nice but she seemed stressed. The location was good and the surrounding area seemed nice...Macon could really use a top teir hotel.

This was a last minute booking for us on our way home from vacation. They had exactly the room we needed to fit our whole family and our stay was exceptionally comfortable. The only thing was that we couldn't get the tv in the master bedroom to change channels from the weather channel - but nevertheless it was fine because we were ready for bed anyway as soon as we got there.
Breakfast was okay. Coffee was hot. Beds were the most comfortable of our whole trip. This was our second stay at this same location and we would come again if the need arises.
