The quality of room not upto the mark as per there tariff charge bathroom are old and they don't clean the room unless we tell at the reception a.c not working properly on the first floor need to tell at reception the morning breakfast fruits where not fresh

It has spacious rooms with good infrastructure. Towels need to be checked and the linens too. However, the staff is extremely responsive and kind to accommodate your requests. In house restaurant is veg and Non-veg and surprisingly good and tasty with a good spread of complementary buffet breakfast.

The Hotel is clean and neat. Bed linens were good and the toilets clean. Above all the check in formalities were quickly over and the service was excellent including room service. We did not avail free breakfast as were to go for a marriage. Otherwise it place is also accessible as it is opposite to American college. Food was not tasted as were in a marriage celebration.s

This is a very old hotel They didn't do any renovation work to work according to this time We booked 3 standard rooms for 3 couples Surprisingly they gave single cot beds to two couples and we clearly mentioned that we are couples during our booking Plumbing in the bathrooms are almost decade old with leakages everywhere The good part is they have very good breakfast buffet options

The rooms have sticky floors, the curtains don't look fresh, the bathroom is very small and the bathroom fittings leak. Overall, a very below average experience. This hotel is a 10min drive from the Meenakshi temple.
