Vitality Hotel Punta

The setting of this hotel is stunning. Walking distance to the very sweet Veli Losinj harbour and a short cycle ride to Mali Losinj. There are amazing cycle/running/walking paths all over the island and bike hire shops right outside the hotel. The hotel has two beautiful pools outside and the most incredible spa. Spa services include a wonderful sauna zone and some great fitness classes too. Our son enjoyed world-class tennis at the adjoining Ljubicic Tennis Academy too which is highly recommended. We had lots of space with two large connecting rooms that shared large wrap-around balcony with a stunning view of the ocean.

Big hotel with lot of different facilities. Maybe too crowded but everything run smoothly. Staff very polite and professional. Breakfast rich, good garage. Room 340 was with a nice sea view. Maybe some details have to be better maintained. But overall satisfied.

The hotel is located right at the waterfront on the outskirts of Vesi Losinc. There is free parking for guests (register your license plate at check-in) at the back of the building; some is covered. There is also a underground parking (for a fee). The reception is friendly, helpful and efficient; there is a separate desk for excursions, so there are rarely queues. The rooms can be reached by elevators have a good size; they sport a spacious wardrobe, a desk, a couch integrated in the furniture, a safe, and a fridge. A watch-it regarding the room types: “Seaside” does not mean sea view – the complex has two parallel blocks, with only one of them being on the first front facing the sea; “seaside” means you are actually looking at the block that faces the sea – only a “sea view” room gives you a (potentially still restricted) view onto the sea. The bathroom also has a good size (in principle fits two, although only one sink) and a comfortable shower. Beds are in principle comfortable, but mine were already a bit worn out; two pillow types are offered (look in the wardrobe for the second one). The curtains cover the whole window front and are fully opaque, so they keep the room dark in the morning. In principle the hotel is at a quiet location, but watch-it: On some nights there is an evening programme (live performance); if it takes place on the terrace (= when the weather is good), that can be heard everywhere and runs until 11 pm… The WiFi works well; the hairdryer has an American style socket (convenient for overseas visitors). Watch-it: The air-conditioning switches off when the balcony door is opened (-＞ energy saving). The breakfast buffet offers a good choice (although average quality), and some ‘goodies’ like crepes; if you want, eggs are made to your liking; you can sit outside and enjoy the great view from the terrace (but watch for the seagulls – don’t leave any food on the table when you walk away…). Dinner is only available as a buffet, and not recommended – you can eat much better for € 22 plus drinks (better head for the near restaurants in Vesi or Mali Losinc – it’s only a 10 minutes walk)… Late check-out is possible on request (depending on the next booking for the room); you can also sit in the lounge until you are ready to leave.

Buffet at night not good enough. Big lack of variety. Different kind of meats that are ok, fish to dry, very few side dishes without basic sauces. If you come at 8pm some dishes are finished and not renewed. Few local dishes and no international classics. The kids had to eat chicken with dry white pasta or dry rice, no basic tomato sauce, never fries, no pizza’s, not many choice for cold entrances (one kind of smoked meat). In comparison with other hotels (we travelled a lot) buffet insufficient. Not enough choice. No water or non alcoholic beverages on the buffet. Everything additional cost. Above the fruit, notes that says you will be charged if you take it out of the restaurant. Very little outside seating, the inside restaurant is not cozy. Very beautifull views from the pool though.

I was here with my family over New Year's Eve and everything was absolutely wonderful. The room was clean, tidy. The hotel facilities were also very good. I highly recommend the hotel's fitness center. The hotel has an animation club for children. My daughter was looked after by Miss Buben. My daughter liked her. Breakfast and dinner were very good and the healthy corner was great :) The hotel is right next to the beach and offers a beautiful view of the sea. It is a 5-minute walk to the city center. I recommend this hotel and we will come again.

Big rooms, balcony available, private parking available, big pool but pool water temperature little too low for me. No sauna available, only for apointment. Breakfast offer average. Bar closes at 10pm when people are coming back to the hotel and want to drink one more drink before going to rooms. Also there is too much light at the bar it could have been better atmosphere.

On the website and over Merkur this hotel looks superb and of high standards. When upon arrival we realized from the start that it is like a rehabilitation center for the working class.Reminds us of the days of the Tito Rule in Yugoslavia. The hotel itself is newly built and has a wonderful location but the rest doesn’t fit. Customer service doesn’t exist-the poor massage therapists get minimum wage and give 11 massages a day which explains why they are not motivated and try to get out of massaging in every which way possible. The food itself is edible but served like in a big factory kitchen. Plus, there a buses after buses coming in making everything extremely full. The sauna can only be used after reserving a time which then was even overfilled that the couldn’t give us the armbands needed to go in and out. The fitness gym doesn’t have any water or towels plus the trainer screamed at my husband for taking his shirt of which he was using as a towel cause there were none on the premises. It is impossible to tell that it is also founded by the Croatian Social Health insurance from the website. Too bad that it ended this way-from the website everything seemed splendid.

Excellent training staff,very helpfull and friendly,clean rooms,perfect brrakfast selection,interesting dinner evening(every day different region food), large parking area,very nice view from both pools etc. High recommended for relax family time👍

Visit this place for the experience. The location is amazing (really revitalizing!) so close to the beautiful beach and coast line. The view astonishing, and romantic village on walking distance! The food is okay, but nothing special…..
