Room upkeep and standards leave a lot to be desired (pics attached). The receptionist showed traits of rudeness with an unhelpful attitude. Location of the property is ideal with close proximity to good restaurants and shops. Also close to the ***galuru Central station.

We with kids stayed for 1 night and had wedding function to attend on second day. Room ambience and cleanliness was excellent. All amenities were available which we needed such as Electric kettle, iron etc. Property us close to city centre mall and Maachli fish restaurant is just next door.

For 3 adults to stay in , the room was spacious . Clean and ready on arrival. Did not have complimentary breakfast this time. The staff at the reception was courteous and provided an extra bed. Location of the Hotel is ideal to get around the city and back with ease.

Treebo Trend Pappilon Palace wins hands down on a combination of being centrally located and on price. There's an endless variety of food options in the area, easy access to travel options and the venue close to key shopping centers and Mglr Central Railway station.

I always stay in this hotel these days during my visits to ***galuru. I am an early riser. I don't take breakfast here as 8 AM is late for my breakfast. However, this time I took breakfast one morning. The boy in the dining room was very courteous and helpful. But if you are looking for feedback on food - Upma needed a lot of improvement. I found the toasted bread very chewy, but then I may not have toasted it properly.

Had a comfortable stay, the property does not have a restaurant. That is a lacuna. Had a comfortable and hassle free stay. Excellent location close to all parts of city. Railway station, few good restaurants are all nearby..

Front office staff was very rude while we checking IN. He started arguing for silly reason. He make sure , we argue with him !!! Finally we got the owner of property , who was kind enough to make sure we stay comfortable.

For a business visit, if you are not too picky, this is the perfectly located mid-range hotel for you. PROS: 1. Easy to check in 2. Large rooms with functional ACs 3. Centrally located CONS: 1. The water pressure is not good enough to merit a good shower so get ready for a bucket and mug style bath
