Eden Andalou Aquapark & Spa

Beautiful hotel , the stuff was so friendly the kitchen also really good , and specially the entertainment team they're really professional , big up to vegan he's talented and funny We would like to come back again we had such fun and don't forget to visit aquapark

Can't fault this hotel even though we visited off peak there was plenty to do! The entertainment staff work so hard & always make sure from morning to night there is a lot going on from different activities including Zumba, party dances, archery etc then in the evening there's live singers plus the entertainment team did different game shows. The entertainment team made our holiday always saying hello whenever we saw them always wanting to chat & always so smiley! Was a highlight of our holiday! Big up to them! vega, Mario , ahmed , bono , houda , would defo recommend this resort the aqua park is also great fun, the food is lovely as well & alot of choice! (Shout out to Vega in the picture below)

Stayed for 7 nights. Food is exceptional and choice is vast. My children aged 7 and 12 absolutely loved the waterpark and facilities. Animation team and in particular Enzo were brilliant with activities for the children and general entertainment. Look forward to visiting again.

The hotel feels like living its last days. They are saving money on everything. During easter break the hotel was complete, however there was not enough personnel for example to open all water slides. Some personnel is not happy to work there which has impact on tourists. For example ladies in the kids club did not want to make face painting on the slots when face painting is foreseen. Just rolling eye when a new child arrives and negotiating not to do the painting. The hotel itself is located outside of city center, with a taxi drive of 20-25 euros. There is a shuttle bus from the hotel for a small prices, but you need to book it well in advance, otherwise it is full. The room we had was spacious but rather basic decorated and rather old(especially if comparing with the photos it is advertised with). The cleaning was ok. There are toiletries but quality is not that great, e.g. shampoo is not really making any foam so difficult to wash long hair. The food in the restaurant is very basic, long queues to make eggs, cannot take your food, need to wait till someone will put it on your plate, which is obviously not for the purpose of hygiene, because everyone still nags above the food, but for the purpose that people do not take too much 😊. There are not much fresh fruits except for apples, bananas, very seldom oranges. There are 2 pools, one was a bit heated and one not heated at all. Water in half of the water slides is ice cold in April. Some of the water slides are only for adults (or bigger kids), but some can be used by smaller kids. There is a spa, but I had bad lack with the lady which was arrogant and did not want to adjust the pressure level when massaging me. There is a small gym as well. All in all I would not return to this hotel. And for the water slides, better to find a possibility to get a day pass instead.

Amazing experience! We are on day 5 of 7 at eden andalou and we are in love. The hotel staff can't do enough for you, whatever you ask for, you get, everyone is so nice and will go out their way to make everyone's stay special. I don't know where the animation team get their energy from they are full on all day and fully dedicated to making sure the guests make the most out of their holiday. Always with a huge smile too. 3 pools and a water park, the bigger one is the most beautiful and where the entertainment is but the kids do prefer the smaller one as its warm and shallow. I can't believe how much food is on offer at meal times! Everything you can think of. Traditional moroccon food, pizza stand, pasta stand, bbq, chips, salad, paella I could go on and on. I have seen a few reviews complaining that the food isn't available all day which is true and the only thing i would suggest is having the snack bar by the pool open all day, but honestly that's if I was being REALLY picky. Breakfast is 7am-10am Lunch 12pm-2pm Snack bar 4pm-6pm Dinner 7pm-10pm And drinks are available all day So really there is more than enough time to eat and drink as much as you like. Amazing holiday, we will be back.

We stayed at Eden Andalou for 7 nights, I don't usually write many reviews on holidays but thought it would be beneficial in this case to do so. First off, its worth saying the good points and then what needs to change to make this hotel better. - housekeeping - the place in general is very clean, the house keeping team work tirelessly and do a great job in maintaining a beautiful hotel. - the staff - everyone is friendly and wants to help you, all really good people. - the spa facilities - though this is located slightly away from the main hotel, the spa facilities are what i'd class as the best part of the hotel. unfortunately i think thats where it ends, There are many small issues that do not seem to get addressed, and based on this i'm not too sure how this hotel is even associated to Marriot (it is not of Marriot standard) and its definitely not a 5* hotel. This may be due to management, but unsure (?) - the heated pool isn't heated to make it suitable for children (which is the point) - many of the facilities you'd expect to be open and available aren't, as an example in the water park there is no where to get food or water at any time during the day - the food that is part of the all inclusive is bland at best and repetitive, the same dishes are served most days - it would be better if there were themed nights - the food is served to you (this may be to conserve waste) but due to the amount of guests, you end up having to queue constantly for anything (this is inefficient and the mad rush at 7.30pm for Dinner when it opens is crazy) - the food opens at 7.30PM is too late for children, i've never been to a 5* hotel where between certain hours you cannot get ANY food (between 10.30 - 12.30, and 5.30 - 7.30pm), this is less of an issue for Adults, but a bigger issue for those with kids. - ice cream is NOT included as part of the all inclusive (an ice cream costs 50 MAD each approx £4 each), nor is any premium branded alcoholic drinks - Do not expect to get help outside of their standard hours, if something opens at 10am, for example the sun lounger towels, regardless of weather or if the pools are open, they will not accommodate the number of guests waiting for towels, why this is even a thing confounds me. you aren't allowed to use your room towels (again, no idea why this is a thing) - the entertainment is limited, there is a kids disco every night at 8.30, and the same 2 singers/music outside each night

Hotels rooms are clean plenty of pools and a water park for the kids. Plenty of food but could do with more variety. Would possible return in the future l. Staff all friendly and entertainment for all would recommend for families and nice weather

Good services, very good animation team they’re all so nice and funny, diverse activities. The food is delicious. Good room services and all the staff is very nice and helpful, they take consideration of our complaints and remarks. Over all i advise going to this hotel you will like it!!

Had a great holiday, fantastic experience. The animation team were the best I have experienced. I have been many places but the animation team made our holiday great. Fati especially was very good and was amazing. Always helpful, the whole team were great. I will be going back for sure. And this is because of the team.
