First of all, I don't understand some of negative reviews about this clean and friendly hotel. The food is absolutely sufficient and of high quality. Additionally, if you have any issues with it, there are a dozen people in the restaurant who ask you if everything is alright, and if there's a problem, they'll fix it. It's all about communication. At the very beginning, I had an unfinished plate of pasta. A staff member in the restaurant noticed and ever since, he made sure that all my food was great. When I tasted the pasta again, they were properly cooked and seasoned - he simply valued my opinion and corrected it. During your stay, you can also visit two à la carte restaurants for free, Italian and Egyptian. I tried the Italian one, where you get an appetizer, soup, two main courses, dessert, bread, and constant attention from the staff regarding all-inclusive drinks. And again, everyone keeps asking if everything is alright. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are absolutely sufficient, catering to both vegetarians and meat lovers. There's also a variety of desserts, fruits, and vegetables - all fresh. Another thing - the pools. What chemical smell? What about colored swimwear? The pool water is perfectly clear and well-maintained. I've seen it being cleaned several times, and it smells completely normal. I didn't have any colored swimwear, and even my low-quality ones from China didn't change color or emit any odor. Honestly, I don't know what you're talking about in your reviews. I'm almost repelled by your vindictiveness; I almost changed the hotel because of it. I'm very glad I didn't. Throughout my vacation, I was treated like a queen. There was no issue with anything. They even accommodated me in the morning right after my arrival, without expecting a tip. However, regarding tips, here's my take - the staff truly appreciates any small amount, even if it's negligible for you. Anyone making you drinks, asking how you're doing, or cleaning your room deserves at least a small tip. You don't have to, but for you, it's just a few coins, and for them, it's the greatest reward, besides your smile. Afterward, of course, the service will also improve - those of you complaining about dirty glasses and such, try giving a few coins next time, and you'll receive beautiful drinks in a glass with fruit. For those of you complaining about undrinkable drinks - did you know you can ask the waiter for less alcohol? Remember, they don't drink alcohol themselves, they don't know how it tastes, and how much to put in. It's all about communicating. Don't expect everyone to read your mind. You're in a different country, a different culture. Be kind to the people providing you with service, don't be rude, be humble and grateful, just like everywhere else where you receive service, and you'll be treated the same way. Even to the drunk tourists who are unpleasant, these people still have to provide service to them, but don't be surprised if someone doesn't seem too ha
