The 272 suites Couples Adults and Families have been entirely renovated. Refined and uncluttered they are true reminders of the islands way of life. Strokes of blue grey toile de Jouy fabric woven rattan bedhead and on the wall typical scenes of Mauritian life. No limits to exotic dreams. In the adult only wing all the suites overlook the Indian Ocean. The plus our privileged guests feet buried in the sand will enjoy their very private restaurant. The first staging post of a culinary trip.
The hotel offers for half board and all inclusive guests a Dine Around experience in 7 of the 10 restaurants. Each restaurant has its own identity found both in the decor and on the plate. At meal time a choice of destinations to match moods seasidy atmosphere in the lounge bar and at the beach restaurant at lunch time and in the evenings trendy factory spirit in the new bar restaurant feel like a stopover in Italy or Indo China or a romantic rendez vous on Riviere Citron. Despite encountering several issues during our stay, the assistant manager's (Idiana) exceptional responsiveness turned our experience around. From a leaking air conditioner to non-functional amenities like the telephone and Wi-Fi, coupled with missing essentials like a bottle opener, it seemed our stay was destined for disappointment. However, Idiana's proactive approach in addressing our concerns was commendable. She not only worked tirelessly to resolve the issues promptly but also went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. Her dedication and attentiveness salvaged what could have been a disappointing stay, turning it into a testament to the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The food at all the restaurant was great and we were pleasantly surprised with kot nou. We will look forward to going back to this hotel for our next vacation. Also shout-out to Venita who gave us a room in a great spot.

Beautiful lush surroundings but thats where it ends unfortunately. Check-in experience is adequate but lacklustre. I had a problem with my key card which was promptly sorted. I found the front of house staff generally friendly and helpful. My first impressions were good but the joy was short lived. My room was so dated and badly maintained. A constant leak from somewhere in the bathroom, possibly from the shower tiles was just annoying. The floor was constantly wet. Blow dryer out of order. Some bathroom fixtures appeared as if they would just come off the walls if touched. No body lotion in the bathroom which was annoying as I had forgotten to pack my own. TV was in French, so that was of no use. No way to charge your devices close to your bed as theres no power outlets for your tablet phone laptop etc. Ate at the buffet and some of the food was cold and two nights the same food on offer seemed to be available . Tried The Bistros restaurant but the food was terrible. Beach was disappointing also and not what I expected. The biggest irritation though was the sound of workers doing some sort of renovations, drilling and chatting loudly one day while I was trying to have a quick nap. Would not recommend this resort.

The Ravenala Attitude is a really big and pretty place. We were there for a business convention, so our room was arranged through the event. The staff were all really nice and helpful. We had a all inclusive package so we could eat at different places in the hotel. There's a big buffet and four different restaurants to pick from. The beaches were great and there was a lot of fun stuff to do there. Our room was really big with a living room and a balcony that looked out onto a garden. It was super spacious and comfy. One thing though, some parts of the hotel, like the tubs and beds, could use a bit of fixing up. We stayed for four nights. It was a busy place, but still a good choice if you're in Mauritius.

Our First time in Mauritius with my brothers and their wives and it won't be our last. Such a brilliant hotel from the minute we arrived until the end of our stay, all members of staff from reception to all waiters, bar staff and cleaners could not be more helpful you should all be proud of yourselves. Restaurants Fantastic. to name a few. O Beach special thank you to Sweety,Nallan,Pooja. To mention just a few as the service was excellent. The Ming Restaurant Thank you to Mellisa, Dimitry, Shravan excellent service. Restaurant Booking Team Fantastic people Soobeeray, Reedja, we thank you nothing was too much trouble they went the extra mile for us. Pool Bar Mozahir always happy and couldn't do enough for you. The Beach ( Pablo you were brilliant.) From all the family members of rooms 3205,3206 & 3207 last weeks in May

My wife and I stayed for one night on a Half Board Basis, and everything was perfect. The sushi restaurant, beach bars, swimming pool, and nightclub all exceeded our expectations. This is the perfect hotel for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. The swimming pools are amazing, the beach and sea are exceptional, the food is delicious, and the location is idyllic. We were thoroughly impressed with the top-notch service and can't wait to return!
