I am very disappointed that ******* would represent such a low class accommodation. Room 134 which was originally assigned was grossly filthy, dirty curtains, gross smell in the room, crude along the baseboard, rusted vent in the bathoom, etc etc. I went to the front desk to request a refund she advised that she would not because it was booked by *******. Then requested a $100 deposit taken directly from the credit card and stated it may be refunded only after the cleaners cleaned the room after we left the hotel. We were moved to room 243 which was not much better except for the smell. Bathroom door was peeling at the bottom, dirt around the baseboard, crud in each corner, etc. I request a full refund for the hardship this has caused my room mate and I. I would never recommend this location to anyone and I will give this hotel a big 0 rating. I have numerous photos which I can upload if required. A prompt refund and response is requested. Very vey disappointing. Since we could not get a refund we HAD to remain in the location.......we could not remove our shoes in the room due to the filthy look of the carpet, etc . The worst hotel experience of my life so far...and by far. And I do travel plenty.
