Staff are helpful and resort offered plenty to do and located at an easy access spot for many sights and roads to reach them. It was very nice to have free pass to enter and enjoy private beaches at the nearby State Park.

The resort its self at the time had a lot of renos going on, so disappointing. Note on the site or for warned no heated pool or hot tub at the time. No golf deals or discounts offered. Staff at reception lovely and informative. But by the people who set you up for the the sales presentation advised us it would be kept to 90 minutes (not), no need to see a unit (wrong again) and if no questions your out the door with the gift. The speaker was lovely and "HE" did not go over his time , but then the fun begins. Off to another room, been to these a number of times and wanted to know the price point....this took several request, another associate to come site several times. Finally an astronomical quote said not interested, was taken to see a unit while she worked the numbers, still said not for us and then questioned , told and offered numerous offers . In all over 3 hours of "our vacation time" taken from us.

This unit was extremely small and the kitchen was not equipped satisfactorily. The pictures show that it’s by a marina. We never saw one. Our view was of the parking lot. This was not worth what it cost us to stay there.

We stayed at Harbour Lights for 3 weeks in a 2 bedroom unit. As usual, it was a large unit & we had a view of the Intracoastal Waterway which was nice. Unfortunately, the unit was very much in need of renovation, the decor & furniture dated, old & some of it not very clean. The really astonishing part though was the flooring. The tile floor appeared to never have been washed, only vacuumed or swept with the grime totally built in but it was the carpet that was truly foul. Different areas actually had different odours, including extreme body odour!… that was activated when walked on. We had to fully air out the unit every day when we returned from our activities. Otherwise, the staff were excellent as always, very accommodating & helpful. It looked like the pool area had all new umbrellas which was nice as well but obviously some buildings are way overdue for a full gutting & redo.

This property was centrally located. We were told no pets but several other guests had their dogs. We encountered poop on the grounds. Additionally the timeshare people would not leave us alone so I unplugged the phone

The staff was very friendly and the location is close enough to everything yet just far enough away to feel peaceful. Our unit looked out on the intercostal waterway and we enjoyed watching the boats go by. We would definitely come here again!

It's a great place for golfers, it's centrally located for golf courses. It's a quiet resort away from the waterfront crazyness, yet easy access to everything. Friendly staff and well maintained. We have come here often and love it.

We came in late to one of the "hotel room" units. We keyed open the outside door only to realize we were staring into the larger unit...with TV on and stuff piled on the kitchen counter. It was like walking into someone's house. It was, actually, pretty frightening. We quickly let ourselves into our little room and locked the door. As I write this, it's almost 1:30 am on the second night. They've had something in the dryer in the room outside my door for several hours...not a regular load of clothes, something heavy like shoes. It's impossible to sleep with the noise...even hearing the TV in this room is difficult. There are probably a hundred empty rooms in this resort...I don't know why we are in close quarters with anyone, and it feels unsafe and intrusive. The staff we have met seem pleasant, but I can't imagine ever doing this again.

Be prepared to pay multiple times for your stay , For instance we stayed for 2 nights Costs were as follows 12000 points 179 exchange fee 72 dollars housekeeping fee It’s like the gift that keeps on taking
