A hidden gem not to be forgotten! I cannot believe we never knew about this wonderful motel in the dozen years we have come to Sunapee to ski. Most comfortable bed ever. Room so clean, spacious and affordable. EXCELLENT.

What an amazing find! Perfect for skiing at Mt Sunapee. The room was HUGE and super clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and there were hefty extra blankets if needed. There was a hair dryer, toiletries and a larger than usual fridge with freezer as well as a microwave. Much nicer than you might expect from a motel and much nicer than appears from the outside.

It was conveniently located close to Mount Sunapee, which is exactly what we were looking for, and the price was right. I'd definitely stay there again, if my son and I need a place in the area in the future!

We only needed an over night stay. This place made it easy and was so accommodating! The price was right and they made our late arrival so easy! Would stay again!

Newport Motel served its purpose- convenient lodging for my brief trip to the area. My biggest concern was the mattress - essential fire a good night’s sleep. Because of the desk between the two beds there was a lack of support on the side closest to that table. They need to flip these on occasion as I found myself trying to roll “uphill” to find firmness in the bed

Newport Motel could use a little TLC. In particular I was in a room with two double beds. Because of a table between them, there was a definite slope towards that table. Perhaps they could flip or turn the mattresses for a better sleep. I felt as if I was climbing up a hill to sleep. Good location for what I needed.
