There were bed bugs in the room we stayed in. We literally went to our trucks took out cots that we sleep on the ice with and slept on those instead of using the beds

In suite phone non functional. Website has no mention about the contact info ( could not find the phone to contract the property). Below average breakfast. Provided two double beds and described that the room can accommodate five people, we assumed there will be a pull out couch but there was none, so false claim that the suite can accommodate five people.

First they gave us a key that wouldn’t open the room and got it reprogram to find out that room had someone in it, so we got another room and the tv did not work. Good thing we were there for only one night and the room was freezing when we got in. Finally got the room to a normal temperature by midnight

It’s too bad that so many hockey team stay at the motel, there loud no respect and roudy, can’t have a good rest at this place will definitely go somewhere quiet next time. The worst you can have is hockey teams and parents yelling and partying all night with no respect for others!
