First and foremost, nowhere in the listing did Ramada say the hot tub was down for “months” and would be down for many more months. Other properties put this on their splash page. I have problems from back surgery and after a long drive a hot tub is a must.
Which brings me to number two. If you prefer a hard mattress (I mean plywood hard), well ok. But for me, after no hot tub, it was miserable.
Third, there are no power outlets (unless you move the bed stand) and no phone cable ports. What is it, 2014?
Forth, it feels dirty. Worn carpets and buttons in the elevator. Worn furniture in the room. Dirty bathroom.
Ramada? I should have stayed at the Comfort Inn across the street.

They need a real maintenance person to keep up with pool and hot tub facilities both waters were filthy and not able to use. Very disappointed. Got ny refund on the way and going somewhere else

Hotel is showing its age. Carpet, furnishings and fixtures are well worn. Bed was very stiff and uncomfortable.

Close to South Center on the south side of Seattle, our next stop. Hot breakfast just okay. Only paper cups in the room and when i asked for glass ones to be sent up, none came and no explanation.

This was a short business trip but the room was clean, well appointed, with an excellent hot-water shower. Staff was friendly and professional. I really enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you, Ramada, for making my unexpected jaunt to Olympia enjoyable.

Quiet. Light switch by entry door does not work. Heater fan high pitched constant noise. Toilet seat has peeled off layers of the outer layer in spots making it rough to sit on. Toilet seat is loose & wiggly. Wall beside bed is very dirty. Spilled things on it. Liked: Room is spacious, beds are firm.

Our stay was not inconvenienced in any way. Check-in went quickly, the beds were comfortable, connecting to the internet was easy and the connection fast, everything worked. The breakfast was better than most, the staff was kind. It was perfectly adequate. If you are looking for spectacular, keep looking but also be prepared to pay for it. This was at our price point and it was great for the price!
