Did not have ESPN so I could not watch the NFL playoff game which was a key reason for me staying. Refrigerator froze my food.

I had the room for one night. I checked out at 6:50 am. When I looked at my card around 7 pm to see the status of the deposit being returned, I saw an additional charge for another night. I called the front desk to ask what was going on. He said that I called and asked to have it extended. I said no I did not as I was already back home in Twin Falls. He said there was nothing he could do about it. I told him he better reverse the charges and return the deposit as I had clearly checked out early that morning & that as I was the cardholder and the charges weren’t authorized by me, I would call my bank and report the unauthorized/fraudulent charges. I further stated that in no way, whatsoever, would I be responsible or liable for any incidentals for that room as I was not there nor did I extend my stay.

The bathroom was dirty and the breakfast wasn't very good. Swimming pool and spa wasn't really open either

It was clean and comfortable. Surprisingly in good condition.
The workout room equipment needs some service, but it was functional.
The pool was nice!
The staff was really nice.
Breakfast waffles were delicious!

The place is clean but needs a good airing out. Just kind of stuffy. I hate those short stubby toilets but that's everywhere now. The TV kept cutting out every few minutes and then come right back. Overall a pretty good stay.

We had a better stay 6 days prior when we stayed on the bottom floor. On the 2nd floor the microwave was very dated and the tv had cable without streaming. The hot tub was also out of order when we got there. Everything else was great. Very comfortable bed and good nights sleep. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

The property was overall okay. The few things I had a problem with was the shower curtains were stained , there was no toilet paper. Also the yogurt that was served at breakfast was expired.

Staff was amazing!!!
Room was nasty. Stuff was all over the floor. Hair and dirt in shower. Foods left over in fridge. Chair was stained and gross looking.
