Everything was great, except our room had the tiniest bathroom I have ever seen. Literally had to stand in tub or squeeze to close the door.

Staff was friendly. A few things were disappointing with our stay. The receptionist charged the wrong card for the second room I reserved, pool was out of service, and the hot tub looked nasty. (Water was a yellow color) There was no elevator to get to the second floor, tubs, in both of our rooms, didn't drain and it took forever to get hot water. Bathrooms are VERY small, hardly enough room to sit on the toilet. Found an emery board in the bed sheets and black hair on the sheets. Breakfast was slim pickings, not much variety.

Great place to stop over when passing through from Idaho/Utah to/from Oregon. We love the staff's friendly attention and care and appreciate them always being ready for us when we get there.
One downside is a lack of an elevator. If you have lots of items you need to bring inside, be sure to request a ground floor room when making a reservation.

Not what I would describe as a REAL Red Lion Inn. We have used Red Lion hotels for several years and came to know them as being a few notches above your average roadside hotel. This does not seem to be true anymore. 😒
Also there was the strangest vibration in the room. It was very off putting. It stopped sometime around midnight. Weird!

Close to lots of dining options. Easy access from the freeway. Had a little difficulty with our room card and internet sign in but got it all worked out

Assigned handicapped room 102. Well furnished. Outside door next to parking lot made unloading and loading car next morning very easy.
Only complaint was gel topped matress which conformed to by body so closely it was very difficult to turn over without almost having to stand up.

Did not have ESPN so I could not watch the NFL playoff game which was a key reason for me staying. Refrigerator froze my food.
