Expensive, small, noisy with a Silverfish in the bathroom. Disengaged receptionist who did not confirm me as a guest but turned away and continued talking on the phone (room reservation). Also, once we checked in, he said (after quickly checking the surveillance monitor that; -"Looks like the garage is full but if you find a spot, you can take it." I went there straight away and to my surprise found two seats available. The room: Piece of cake for rooms with a curtain for the window facing a meeting room. Imagine my surprise when I got out of the shower and saw a lot of people through the curtain. This invaded my privacy and I found it really unfunny. Dripping shower.

This hotel was converted from a theatre in 1993. The actual theatre part is now a banquet hall. The hotel decoration is themed to take in its history with a lot of red velvet. Our room had a modern bathroom the room itself had period style furniture in it, actually a little too much furniture. The breakfast was good. We ate the first evening meal in the dining room. We had the trout and a chicken breast with a sauce. Both were very good. The front desk was very helpful in finding out where we could rent a car at short notice. They also allowed us to stay on after checkout time as our train was not until 1630. We had the misfortune to time our stay withe the city's annual car rally. This was the Ascension Day long weekend. It was noisy. Our room was at ground level on the main street at an intersection. it would have been better on a higher floor. Clean comfortable and very helpful front desk for a three star hotel.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was a busy holiday weekend with a big old car show in town. This hotel is on a busy intersection so the traffic noise was an issue but no fault of the hotel. The breakfast was good and we had an excellent evening meal in the cozy dining room.

Easy, quick and comfortable stay in Östersund city center. Hotel offers good breakfest and very quick internet access. Staff were helpful enough to even find train operating times going to Åre, only hour time.

I was not impressed with the stay here. Lots of small things broken and not working, When showering the floor got filled with water due to some plastic list on the showerwall was broken. Irritating. Dirty walls in the bathroom. Old bread at breakfast otherwise good. Beautiful place and really great staff working but No, I was not impressed.
