Such a bad service and bad rooms the hotel is too old and rusty and the rooms are disgusting and disappointing only the outside looks good but the inside so terrible the rooms are tight and nothing has been aded no body gel only shampoo and 2 after shampoo no fridge the bed was broken from the middle the windows wall so dirty and towels not clean bad smell i had an allergic problem with my skin since the last time i stayed this is some photo as proof

The service and the people are excellent,so kind so polite,also liked the rooms and the decor,the atmosphere,the food....I went there with my friends and we have so much fun,the city is pretty too ,the experience was Epic... recommend

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful especially Ouahiba and Wijdane and amine chtairi chef de service . The location of the hotel is at the center of the city. Breakfast is very fresh and delicious.

It was a wonderful reception, and Mrs. Chaimaa Chater was in charge of the reception at the level, as she accompanied us on a tour of all the hotel staff, as well as Ms. Fatima Al-Zahraa in charge of quality. Everything is beautiful in this hotel, good treatment, eating, sleeping, management, ... We thank Mrs. Chaimaa Chater in particular, as well as Mrs. Fatima Al-Zahraa, as well as the rest of the management team for all the services.

Chaymae chater one of the best welcoming girl i have ever seen in my entire life I have been all over the world since i am a business man and i was really impressed by her in terms of how she puts so much energy and so much efforts to make her gusts feel at home ....she represents atlas terminus hotel in a great way and make her guests want to come back

Not a 5 star hotel. Small rooms, only one tiny trash can in the bathroom, no coffee maker, no hairdryer as stated in room description, no conditioner for hair, water damage on linoleum (yes, linoleum) keeps bathroom door from closing, tiny elevator, Not even a complementary bottle of water in the room. Online they charge extra for the breakfast option, but at check in I was told it's free for all guests. Stay at the Ibis next door, it's western and a quarter of the price!

Customer service needs work. They seem to have an idea of what 5 stars looks like, but can't seem to execute it. Things were missing from the room (towels, hair dryer) and it took hours to get them. In 3 days our room was never cleaned, though we requested it several times and were assured "right away". No mini bar, no coffee maker or kettle. We moved to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay, and it ended up being cheaper and better.

Hotel is not that great, breakfast was awful, the pool keeper, a fat guy with yellow shirt is very disrespectful.. for the same price you can book an appartment or hotel for almost a week. Very expensive and i booked for 2 person but the next day they told me to pay more for the extra person
