The hotel is very far from town center. Walk about 30 mins to town. No aircon. Very hot during summer vacation. Hotel provided fan but still it is not comfortable at night time breakfast ok. Would not recommend to stay.

Brilliant location very close to town, this was booked for my guys.
Breakfast has a wide selection friendly staff.
The bar is 24 hours.
This time I selected standard family room which was 1 double bed and a sofa bed more than suitable.
Free parking.
I would definitely recommend the best western at Oxford.

Avoid and book town centre hotel!
Not worth the money at all. The deputy manager is not familiar with the room. He told me room 6 is with bathtub but it’s not when I’m inside. Room not very clean (see pictures). Double bed is small. There’s an air-con but they don’t give you the remote and saying they don’t have air-con and only offer fan. There’s no power socket or USB port next to the bed.
This is a lodge and not proper hotel as the name said. Keep in mind that this hotel doesn’t offer late checkout even if you’re diamond select member and book directly.
Honest advice, If you’re spending £130 to book this room already, pay a little bit more to book the Marriott in town centre.

Best Western is 8 mins drive from the station and 10 mins bus journey from city centre. We had a great time as the staff and services were lovely. We were upgraded to a family room which was a nice touch. Will definitely return again.
