Grumpy check in clerk. Was there an hour before check-in and they acted like it was a major hassle for them. Toilet seat in room was gross and broken. $20 could of fixed it. The complimentary breakfast ******. Very limited choices. Disappointing

I reserved a room through *********** for my sister because she had no service on her road trip. I specifically selected that I was booking this room for her and listed her name. When my sister checked in they made her pay for the room again. When I called to explain the situation the front desk guy was extremely rude and told me I didn’t check in…what??? I booked the room for my sister she even called and spoke with the red head guy at the front desk before she arrived and he assured her that everything was in order. The front desk guy working on the morning of the 26th threatened to call the cops on my sister when she inquired about getting our refund!!! Never again! Also false advertising they listed a room with a king, queen and a pullout. When they got there there was 2 queens that’s it.

This is an older property that could definitely use some updating. I feel they could do better with the breakfast selection. Our room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Do be careful getting into the hot tub as there is no step and the seat is 3 feet from the edge.

Clean, friendly, quiet. Go for the king/queen/sofa bed room. Just a few extra bucks and it's like having two rooms in one. Check in was easy. Everyone was very friendly. Even let us have a later check out while we waited on car repairs. Breakfast is limited but works.
