Fantastic hotel, rooms were very clean.
There was lots of reviews saying the staff were rude. However if you do stupid things like turning up to dinner when it’s just closing they would probably be quite keen to kick you out because they need to clean and get home to there families duhhh.
That asides the staff were friendly and couldn’t have done enough to help.
The bus stop was across the road.
I will stay here again.
Only booked breakfast and it was very good loads of choice and fresh

Very nice hotel and staff , pool area is perfect for families, the food is as you expect at an hotel abroard, only downside to this hotel is the location, we had to get taxis back each time we went into the town or local beach ( which is beautiful) because of the hills it’s not for the unfit like me …

WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND staying in this hotel
Service was terrible, rude, obnoxious staff. Never have I experienced staff mocking the way someone speaks, and that happened in this hotel.
We felt like we were lied to, 1st told drinks included in dinner, then second night said only water included, then asked at reception, told drinks are included, then as soon as we said the colleague in restaurant said it's not, then he changed his mind and we were told "we apologise, it is not included". I mean, who is lying here?
Restaurant manager was obnoxious and rude, and rushed us to finish our meal when we were not the only people left there, and he didn't say a word to them, just us.
Whole stay there we felt like we were judged, looked down on, and dismissed. Food was okay, and rooms were more/less clean, but none of it could make up for such rude staff.
This is not a standard for 4* hotel, and obviously management doesn't care about the issues, as we are not only people complaining on the service and staff.

Sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel. Man findet alles was man braucht und was mich am meisten gefreut hat: top essen ! Egal ob Frühstück oder Abendessen. Wer sich da nichts findet ist selber schuld ;) auch top für Kinder .

Petit déjeuner de type buffet excellent, beaucoup de choix et produit frais ! L’hôtel est à 10min de Palma en voiture, mais comptez 40 min en bus. L’arrêt est à 2 min à pied justement. Literie très confortable et hôtel calme. La piscine est grande.
