Good location, good food. The only problem is WI-FI. Do not choose this hotel if you’re sensitive sleeper because there are lots of karaoke bars and pubs around

I have no idea why people have left bad reviews. This is more like a 4*. Upon arrival very friendly. I’m a double room which was very clean and very modern. I went half board and the food and the breakfast and evening meals was very nice with plenty to choose from. The swimming pool and area are really nice. It’s in a great location. It’s a very lively resort but never had any problems sleeping. And there is uk channels on the tv. 10/10 to staff. Will 100% be back later in the year. I have kept away from Spanish mainland holidays as I find them poor. This lovely little island has made me love Spain again. I hired a scooter and went round the island and wow it’s breathtaking. Many thanks to all the hard working staff.

Really nice hotel! Went with the lads -- the beer on the bar isn't the nicest so I'd probably aim for something else but, the rooms were functional, breakfast had plenty of choice, the staff were friendly and approachable. Really nice for the budget price!

I wasn’t happy with the hotel. If you go here expect the following: 1) People’s tax - this isn’t really mentioned anywhere but we had to pay 27 euros for tax that is expected ON TOP of your booking otherwise you can’t enter 2) No wifi - all devices weren’t connecting and we were lucky to have mobile data from the UK 3) Awful staff with lack of customer service & lack of respect 4) No drink included in the half board dinner. Basically you only got the drinks for breakfast, if you wanted water it cost €2.50 in the hotel. 5) 2 single beds put together but there was no sheet to hold them together so the beds would separate at night! 6) Towels were a little dirty, I remember seeing stains on them and found it unhygienic. 7) Cleaner came in once without our permission to clean the room / change the sheets whilst we went to the beach which I found a bit weird. Usually they need to ask or there will be a sign the customer leaves on the door.. they shouldn’t just go in. Luckily my things were all safe. 8) We were on the 7th floor and the wind was terrifying. You could hear the whole building shake / noise. If you still decide to go, even after reading all the above, I’d say pick a lower floor. 9) Any extras cost money: fridge & safe box. Like really?? All in all I would classify this hotel as a 2 star hotel. Rubbish.

The buffet for breakfast and dinner is great and a very good price. There is a lot to do around the hotel but the streets are quite busy. In generall it was good value for money.

Nice hotel, lovely food. The rooms have nice fixtures an fitting. Just poorly done. Black mould in the shower. Beds are comfortable. If you are a light sleeper take ear plugs. As the walls are quite thin. An you can hear people in magaluf. I’m a heavy sleeper so wasn’t a problem. If you want a nice quiet break this is the place as I’ve been to livelier wakes. No music or spirt. The staff are miserable. They do anything to keep you happy. The atmosphere is that someone has died though. Rooms need a good clean. Especially the shower. Would suit couples more than friends.

Greeted by a glitzy reception, which was trendy, spacious & had beds for clients to lie on. So good first impressions. A few beds were actually situated inside he pool also, which was great to cool down. The rooms were clean, room 403 overlooked the pool which was a nice view. Would have liked a fridge in room (€45) to hire for the week but tbh, was no big issue. No kettle either but didn't mind. Restaurant was clean & spacious. Good selection of food, from usual salads, mash, chips, rice's, chicken, Turkey, pork chops, meatballs, burgers, hotdogs, fish & pasta Bolognese etc. No free water at supper but a bottle of beer was only €3.50. Breakfast had a good selection also. Turn left & the beach & Prince William pub is 2 mins away. Turn right & Mulligan's & the ***** is a few mins away. 10 minute walk into Palma Nova to Banano Joe's, Reflex bars etc. Overall no complaints. Food was good, rooms were clean & handy location. Would come back again deffo, but had already RH Victoria in Benidorm booked for March!!! Some reviews gave this hotel a bad name but I'd say try it & see for yourself!!

I came here earlier this month with my best friend (23 and 26) for a girls holiday, we didn't expect much as the reviews were so poor, and expected we'd probably just use the hotel as a place to sleep. Instead, we were both blown away by how lovely the hotel was, staff incredibly friendly and helpful, pool stunning with enough sunbeds for everyone, rooms clean and tidy - and why does nobody talk about its fantastic location?! Our balcony looked right over the ***** and you can walk there in just 1 or 2 mins, or about a 3 min walk to the beach - perfect location for people wanting a party holiday. Breakfast was okay, nothing to rave about but couldn't expect much more for the price. Poolside drinks and snacks great. As for all the reviews about the noise, we found the hotel to be pretty quiet but then again we were out from about 10.30/11 each night - but I do wonder how people can book a cheap hotel right next to the Magaluf ***** and then complain about noise? It goes without saying that in the summer months there will be younger people staying in the hotel wanting to party, if you want a quiet holiday then I suggest you go somewhere that ISN'T famous for its nightlife. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place enough and think it has been robbed of a fourth star. I would 100% return here if I ever came back to Magaluf. I can only assume the bad reviews are written by people who have never heard about Magaluf's nightlife and thought they were in for a quiet holiday, but even then I think the reviews are harsh. Great place for younger people needing somewhere cheap and cheerful to stay. Thanks for a fab holiday :)

when I arrived to the hotel the experience started to be a shame . Once I arrived to the reception we were ‘welcomed’ by a lady very bored , she did our check-in and ask for £35 - travel fee which we never heard about and I think you should inform the customers about this before arriving and being shocked that you have to pay a travel fee for the hotel ?! , also we had to ask details about our half board services as she didn’t give us any details of the hotel services. We went to the room and we had a surprise again regaring the safety deposit box that you cannot use without paying around €45( €8 per day or € 25 per more days I can’t remember exactly +€20 deposit ) - again in your description for the hotel services it doesn’t say anything , we had to pay for this service as we couldn’t leave our belongings unsafe in a hotel like this . We knew is a 3 star hotel but this hotel was not even 1 star , we have paid for this holiday just to have a nice and a clean room not expected to be luxury or something posh , the room was full of dust , hair, all towels and bedding dirty , full of stains , mold on the walls in the bathroom and toilet seat was yellow. The room cleaners are’ cleaning ‘ the room in less than 5 minutes and changing the towels daily but with the same dirty ones . The food was 1 star as well , we paid for half board and trying to eat only twice in that restaurant and give up as the food was terrible , the paella that was served on the dinner I saw it in the next day in a smaller container . On the balcony we couldn’t sit more than 10 minutes as we were assaulted by the ants, 2 groups of teenagers were listening music after midnight and now one was bothered to stop them as the quiet is required after 22:00 in the’ hotel rules file ‘. OVERALL DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL
