The room was clean and spacious, had a good rest after travelling from Rotorua. There’s a kitchen in the room which is well equipped.Shops and restaurants are just close by.

I don’t know where to start!
Firstly they allowed me to have a parcel sent there weeks before I arrived. Stayed two nights in two separate rooms then booked the family suite for two nights. In stead of us vacating at 10am until getting new room at 2pm they let us stary in our room and then when we wanted to do laundry they offered to do it in their own machine as it is bigger than the guest ones and we had a lot. They then dried it all and delivered it to us back upstairs! Service was fantastic and the hosts are very friendly. Spa baths were great. Everything immaculately clean.

I believe that this property may be being used for emergency accommodation. There were very intimidating looking people staying, and my neighbours had a fight from 2-4am.

Spacious and comfortable suite with a lovely big spa bath. Ample room to set up our portacot and close walking distance to the mall and shops in general - everything you need within a stroll! Tidy and standard amenities covered everything we needed them for. Check out and check in was easy with the loveliest of customer service. Thank you!

The location was great, easily able to walk to a grocery and plenty of restaurants. We walked to the downtown area and enjoyed a lovely day.
