It was a perfectly decent hotel, the room was good, good comfortable beds, a good spa with a great massage, shame I walked out of there feeling ripped off. I was trying to settle the bill, go a MUCH higher bill then expected, asked to see the receipts that I had signed for, that was not available and they insisted I pay the bill. Ok, well, I gave up and was trying to pay but none of my three cards were accepted. A friend suggested using my apple pay and that went thru, the lobby should have suggested this. And that worked, thankfully, the rest of my travel group also had massive problems paying, much confusion with people trying to borrow cash off each other. I strongly feel that if they make you sign the bills, they should be able to produce them on check out. I know for a fact I overpaid and I felt let down.
