The service was incredible. Every time we asked for something, they accomodated immediately. They let us check a couple available rooms before deciding which one we wanted, they provided all the baby accessories we needed (crib, baby bath, etc.), and they let us sit in the indoor restaurant area even when it wasn't open. They also had lots of fun activities near the pool. I'd highly recommend this hotel, mainly because the staff was so helpful.

This may have been my favorite hotel stay ever. Not only does the hotel rise to the occasion - Hard Rock Cafe logos, slick appearance and rockstar puns everywhere, it also offers discounts and treats for visitors. My favorite - I was able to borrow a Fender Telecaster along with Fender MultiFX and jam in my room with a pair of headphones. Outside, there is, of course, a Hard Rock Cafe which offers a decent variety of drinks and live music. While the band may not have been the best in the world, they were certainly decent and seemed to enjoy performing. The hotel and bar staff were incredibly friendly and certainly made me feel welcome. Liked the breakfast as well, nice selection of western and chinese options. Recommend 10/10!

Its my second time to stay in Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya. Wonderful location, beach is just right across the hotel, and street food is within walking distance. The pool is super nice and good for family stay.

*Sarah & kim are superb, very friendly and make our stay better.
*Toiletries are all supposed to be set up before we check in, but we end up calling for dental kit. most of international hotel have hair comb and shaver too, but we’re surprised that hard rock hotel doesn’t provide those simple basic items🙃
*room view was supposed to be city view but end to dead or abandon swimming pool 🙃
