Check-in was easy and the young man at the desk was very helpful. Room was clean and bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Thank you!

My family stayed at this hotel last night while trekking from LA to Dallas for the holidays. I’m typically more of a Hilton and Hyatt kind of traveler so I was leary of this type of hotel feeling comfortable and safe for my family of 4. My concerns were totally unfounded. Everything was safe and comfortable for our stay. The front desk was courteous and quick. Our room was nice and functional- The large walk in shower was clean and well appointed with toiletries and needed items. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel was quiet and felt safe. The only minor issue I had was that the in room AC was really loud. It was right next to the fold out couch my kids were sleeping on. We ended up just turning the AC off and it was fine. This issue likely varies room to room anyways and wouldn’t matter if you didn’t have someone sleeping right next to it. Overall, definitely would recommend this hotel for a stay in Pecos, TX

I had the most horrible hotel experience at this property, I called the front desk person to report that me and my family was not able to take a shower because the bath tub was clogged, she told me that there was no maintenance during the weekend, and she didn’t offer me switch rooms, so, I had no choice to unclogged the tub by myself to have my kids to take a shower. It was nasty . And respect my room rate

Consistently decorated - had to wait for staff at check in - situated right next to interstate… advantage is easy on and off of interstate, disadvantage- VERY noisy - our room faced the interstate

My room was lowered level where I can hear everything, My neighbors next door was loud, slapping doors and I couldn’t sleep. The front ask attendant wasn’t very nice and more on the rude side.
