you get wat you pay for its affortable so dont expect 5 stars hotel
its nice and clean and a good breakfast
staff is amazing and super friendly this staff is the best helping staff ever

We stayed at the Fairfield Inn, Pensacola for a week in January 2024.
The staff were more than helpful, very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.
We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone considering a stay in Pensacola and hope to be able to stay there again.

Bathroom was really dirty and smelled bad, noise was horrible from the highway and someone kept knocking on doors at 4am.

The first room that I was given, the bed was broken. When I informed the staff, there was no back and forth the immediately gave me another room and actually gave me an upgraded room at no extra charge. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised after having read bad reviews of other hotels' staff. I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn.

We got a king bed with a pull out couch/bed and the pull out couch/bed had DIRTY sheets and blankets still on the bed and was foldedbup into couch. There was something gross stuck to the mattress. The bathroom door would not close. We went to the desk and they just gave us clean sheets and blankets so we could do their house keepers job. The place felt gross after all that.
