The room was clean and comfortable, the front office fellow was very friendly and accommodating, the hotel was next to a 24-hour C-Store so parking was a little dicey, and a neighboring room had two BIG dogs who were loud every so often. I'd be happy to book there again. There was a great restaurant right across the street.

The room was clean and there was a good breakfast but had an emergency happen at the end of our first day that required us to leave early. Even though we offered to be out by 8 a.m., staff said a refund for the following nights was impossible, despite the fact that staff asked us to come back hours after our original check in time.

Business center needed refining, printer out of toner, had to update Windows in order to use computer. Someone had switched B and N keys on the keyboard. Staff were really nice and helpful. Room was very clean.

Building permeated with cooking odors. Front desk staff dressed unprofessionally and kept interaction to a minimum. Facilities tired - chipped toilet seat, chipped bathroom tile, leaky bathtub faucet. 1990s decor. Pool closed ro maintenance.
In this case I paid for what I got - a relatively decent and chep room that allowed me to clean up and get organized after 5 days of backpacking.

On the internet the photos of their rooms showed a small frig and a small microwave. Our room had only a frig. The freezer part of the frig was broken, having to be propped. up. We were disturbed twice by staff members knocking on our door, but not giving a reason.
The room was comfortable. The breakfasts were better than expected.
