不一樣的帶娃體驗！坎昆的瑰麗酒店checkin後是坐船進入房間的，每個房間都配有管家，要去哪裡或者預訂餐廳都可以找管家幫忙，房間裏有一個很大的浴缸，還有一個室外沖涼的，還有專門的化粧台，welcome gift也很棒，管家還幫我們調了好喝的龍舌蘭。就是房間外面的泳池小了點，不過瑰麗的私人沙灘還是很棒的👍，酒店還給每個房間配備了自行車🚲，娃玩得不亦樂乎，總的來説推薦指數5顆🌟🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

This hotel is a dream come true : the location is stunning, the rooms and the level of service are incredible…there are no words to describe the experience you’ll get at Rosewood Mayakoba. I spent three nights in a stunning wellness suite, I especially chose this category because it’s in a more quiet part of the complex (although the hotel as a whole is rather quiet), it felt much more secluded. The spa is great, their therapists are very well trained and experienced. I received some of the best massages I’ve ever had, they are expensive but worth it . One important thing to consider : as on most beaches around Playa del Carmen there is a lot of Sargassum (seaweed) in the water. The beach is cleaned and they also work very hard to protect it from the erosion, but most of the year the water is brownish… if the beach is your main priority this may be a problem. The dining is quite expensive, but pretty good and totally worth it. Also the service is great ! I did the Ceiba dinner, had a great time!I also really enjoyed the a la carte breakfast dishes…

The Rosewood Mayakoba set the bar high from the airport pickup. The standard of service is exceptional, & their attentiveness was full-on. Food & restaurants? Fantastic. Butler? Beto was beyond incredible. All the activities were well-planned with terrific guides, & a special shoutout to the Dive Center who were very safety-minded & ‘by the book’. Also, the resort doctor sorted out our son perfectly :) We went with our adult kids, & all had a wonderful time! Highly recommend the Rosewood Mayakoba & the whole team!

Wow we had the most amazing trip. Breakdown below: Room: 5/5 We stayed in the wellness suite, which was gorgeous and steps away from the spa. Amenities were numerous, and the room itself was beautiful, clean, and peaceful. It felt like a private oasis nestled in the jungle, you are completely isolated from neighbors and the only people we saw was the occasional boat going by. Not too much else to say here - it was perfect. Food: 4/5 After reading mixed reviews about the food I was anticipating this to be a low point but was pleasantly surprised. All of our meals were good, we had La Ceiba dinner, Saffron (Banyon Tree restaurant, was actually my least favorite meal. Service and food were fine I guess, nothing extraordinary), Aqui Mi Quedo for lunch at the beach (tacos were amazing), Mexican Grill, and Zapote Bar. Sure, it was expensive, but this trip was not about pinching pennies. Resort food is always expensive, and this is no exception. Portions were good and flavors were good. Sure, I have had better food at other restaurants around the world, but I have never had better food at a resort. I gave it a 4/5 because while it was good, only a few dishes blew me away with their deliciousness. Those would be: any fish taco on the beach, the eggplant dip at Zapote, the fish dish at La Ceiba, pastor tacos at Mexican Grill. Spa: 5/5 Can't speak to the treatments because I didn't get a massage, but the sauna/steam/cold plunge/hot tub situation blew me away. The service there is amazing (ice cold towels carefully brought to you in steam and sauna, cucumber water refills while I'm in hot tub), and the physical space is not only gorgeous but enormous. Amazing beauty products in the shower area. The pool is beautiful, and we enjoyed time spent there and a couple of yoga classes in the morning. Gym looked clean and well appointed but I didn't work out while I was there. Service: 4/5 The service was overall very good. I docked one point because there were a bunch of mixups with the complimentary fruit and juice meant to be provided in our suite every day. We eventually got it (one day it got delivered to the beach instead since it was late) but it was a thing we had to ask about every day. The butlers and manager were all pretty good about getting it fixed up though. The rest of our service was great. There were amazing little touches everywhere in our turndown service and welcome gift from housekeeping and butlers. I already spoke about the spa staff who go above and beyond. Beach service was overall wonderful but maybe a tad slow one or two days. Things I worried about before we came that ended up being not a problem - the heat (beach breeze kept things reasonable, but I'm used to the heat and like it), mosquitos (didn't see any? I had no bites), seaweed (blew in a little in the late afternoon, but it didn't affect our experience. water is nice and clear in the mornings), mediocre food (ended up being quite good). Resort and rooms are amazing and beautiful! Limited food choices on menu and very expensive meals and drinks. The butler set it is also fantastic! The wait staff at adult pool and restaurants is extremely slow. We often waited for 30 minutes for drinks at the beach / pool. (and it's not crowded at all). Restaurant service is very slow and not or poor air conditioning. After a day in the sun, some AC would be great for dinner. There are two bicycles at your door for your use or you can get a golf cart to pick you up. Beautiful resort, just sharing some concerns our friend group experienced.

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Rosewood Mayakoba with our 3 year old and it was magical from start to finish. We stayed in a rooftop ocean view suite which had 3 levels of outdoor space including a beautiful rooftop pool that was perfect to hang out at while our son was napping. The resort is well set up to cater to both couples and families and we were blown away by the level of thought that went into making the vacation as stress free as possible (crib with a baby camera was already set up on arrival, toddler-sized dressing gown and hangers provided, bikes with a toddler wagon outside our suite so we could bike around the property, plus some truly special touches which I won’t ruin the surprise on!). The staff were beyond helpful and friendly, in particular our butlers Ramon and Valeria who were hyper responsive and genuinely cared about making the trip as special as possible. One evening we wanted to take a boat to get to dinner and they organized a private boat tour on the backwaters at sunset which then dropped us off outside agave azul for dinner. Overall an exceptional hotel and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

The most amazing beach vacation ever! From the moment we arrived, we were like 🤩🤩🤩. After check in, we got on an electric water taxi to our house and greeted by our butler. After unpacking, we took a bicycle tour, yes, these come with the house!

Incredible service and top tier food, loved it! I had the ribeye quesadilla and it was so tender and flavorful! The ice cream is absolutely delicious, and I enjoyed it all from an incredible view of the lagoon and pool. I am Definitly going again

We stayed 4th of July week. Service was excellent ! They accomodated all of our request. The kids had so much fun, especially at the kids club. The resort always had fun activities planned. Definitely worth the price. Our kids remembered this vacation the most.
